When I arrived, there was a big sign on the fence for Widdison, with a phone number. when I called the number to find out where to park the truck, the gentleman that answered said that he has nothing to do with U-Haul but and he asked “do I know how to return the truck”. He was very polite, but I had hoped someone with familiarity with the U-Haul process might have answered. It’s possible that I called the wrong phone number, but the U-haul sign at the location didn’’t specify a U-haul phone number.
DEAN RThis was really far from my house. Im upset the agent set it to this location to drop off instead of closer to my house.
