The trailer floor was dirty when I picked it up. I asked the for a broom and swept it out in about one minute. No big deal. Getting the trailer was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Everything went just fine.Mark M.

Your equipment broke down in Topeka Kansas. I could not wait for roadside assistance so I called a local company to help me out. You should have your equipment better maintained. I have incurred an $86 bill and I want to be reimbursed. This break down caused me to have a Major anxiety attack.Patsy K.

We have rented trailers twice from this location. This is our preferred pickup around the Marshfield area. We are renting a truck this weekend and I will drive a little farther and use this location for the service and open Saturday mornings.Sandra C.
Business hours are listed as open until 4 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM but the off ice was locked. I was unable to complete the online return with the app, the wi fi reception was minimal. The app kept locking up before I could finish the return process.Jeff S.

I had to hook the trailer up without any involvement of the agent, which has never been my experience with Uhaul. I was told that I had to sweep it out before returning, which I did, but there was a good amount of snow in the unit when I opened it. Overall, I was underwhelmed by this rental.RODGER P.

I had made a reservation for pick up at another location. Uhaul changed my reservation without my permission. When I called to update they changed my location pick up for a third time. When arriving at location no one was at the office and would not answer any phone calls. I was then told there were no trucks available for 200 miles that day. I was livid. They told me they updated uhaul 2 days prior and no one contacted me directly. There was a lot of miscommunication and it caused me a great lot of trouble. I was able to finally get a truck about 4pm that day but that created a huge mess to rearrange all my hired people that were helping me move. I almost got charged a full months rent at my old house due to the conflicts.Erin W.

Quote was way off from actual cost...mileage needs to be estimated better by employees. Also online showed 17' truck available so that's what I booked however no 17' trucks available and was down sized to a 15' truck.Amanda S.

We were moving an item from Northern Wisconsin to Indiana and rented an enclosed Trailer. We used the online advanced check in. We never got a call in advance to confirm the rental. I had to call them and was informed that I needed to arrive early because the person who was working that day to check out the equipment to us, had a funeral to attend and we needed to arrive at 3 instead of 4. We left early and arrived by 2:53. It took her 56 minutes to give us our rental. She did not know how to work the computer. The advance check in did nothing for us. We had to give her ALL of our info again even thought I took my time to enter ALL my information prior to picking up the trailer. At almost 4, she pointed out the door to a trailer parked in nearly 3 feet of snow and covered in ice and 12 inches of snow. She did not check the tires or go over the trailer with us. She just said we would have to yank it hard out of the snow. The tongue of the trailer was buried in the snow. I am glad I had my 2 sons with me or we never would have gotten it out. It took us over a half an hour to get the trailer out and attached to our truck. She left before we were even out of the parking lot. As we drove, ice chunks aND sheets of snow covered ice were flying off the 12x6 enclosed trailer top and we had to pull off the road to an empty roadway and "shake" it off the top. This could gave been deadly for a driver behind us. I lodged a complaint with u haul and the attendant was NOT listening to me to understand me, she was listening to respond to me. She did not seem interested in me or the situation, just to get it "resolved and get off the phone". She would not give me what I offered as a resolution and did not offer any sort of sincere apology. It was just a,day at the office for her. This is probably why their online system is not functioning right and their centers are not providing good service...their people don't care.Tracy H.

I would recommend this place, just not U-Haul, in general. Your corporate scheduling/reservation system is something left to be desired. You need to get your act together.Laurie O.
The lady at this location wasnt much help. Trailer was not in an easy location to get out. Asked to have them move a truck that was parked in middle of lot couldnt find key for it. Never came out to look at trailer to make sure was right number or anything. Few mins later i tried to go in to see if could help guide me out so didnt hit truck in middle of yard and door was locked so wouldnt recommend this location to anyoneCRAIG K.

no one contacted me about the uhual until in contacted the company a day and a half prior to my move when I called the headquarters to find out what was going on and even after that no from the pickup location called to confirm anything. no one was at the location when arived to pick up my truck and had to wait an extra half an hour for the person to get there after I called her to find out what was going on.CHRISTOPHER H.

If information would have been up to date I would not have had to waste time driving to Abbotsford, WI when the unit was really available in Marshfield, WI by the original reservation. I had told the person that called and informed me that the unit was not available in Marshfield, WI that once I left my house there would be no way to contact me, because I do not own a cell phone. Gave different (landline) contact number for any reason there was contact after we were in route to Abbotsford, WI to pick up unit only to be told they did not have one. We settled for a smaller unit because she was unable to contact the Marshfield, WI location. Rather disappointed in all of the confusion.BARBARA S.
