ERIC VI would have the employees take a little bit more time when trying to find a drop off uhaul and explain what they need that for. I initially left instructions to drop off the truck in one location and the trailer in another location 5 miles away. Luckilly I was contacted by uhaul and we were able to fix it. I think that if your employees grow their fingernails too long and are unable to type then you should have them cut their nails off.
BLAKE HWe waited 35 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. I had completed the necessary pre pick up activities online the day before, expecting on time departure. The price did not match my online receipt so the service rep called someone to reconcile the variance further delaying departure. However, the service rep was very polite. The check out office at this location is terrible compared to others I have experienced. I recommend an office separate from the Chevron fuel station.
Jerry BI never got checked in or out. No communication throughout despite my calls in letting them know i couldn't get the link to take pics of the truck.

KEVIN NRe-grading the parking lot would be nice. I know it seems like a waste of money, but when customers need to take before and after photos in the lot when its raining, its nice to not have to step in puddles and get your feet all wet just to take the photos.
Connor MThe only complaint is the pickup area has huge potholes! Not a huge issue but it would be nice if the area could be leveled and graveled. But overall, great!

MEKHI CMake sure when you rent out a car dolly that all the lights are working because I was told they were but they were not.
JENNIFER DIt took an hour to get the truck because the national online system failed. The team on site was trying to use all of the technology at their disposal. Having a paper back up when technology fails would seem to be an excellent plan.

RICHARD MWe picked up our U-Haul and was told there was 3/4 of a tank of gas. There was 50 miles to empty. When we got to the house, we called and they said they’ve had a problem with people stealing gas. The next day (moving day) we noticed a hose hanging from the bottom of the truck. My husband took the truck back and was treated as though HE was the one siphoning the gas! No apology for the inconvenience, nothing! Frankly, just frank rude and we inconvenienced them (the young man helping). I wouldn’t recommend even stopping into the Chevron for gas with as nasty as these folks were!
CHRISTOPHER NThe cabin was dirty and the truck drove like it was about to breakdown on the side of the freeway. I overpaid. I’ll look for other options next time.

COCO JU haul should have its own separate office at this location. It was very congested and loud inside a convenience store.

TIMOTHY TWhile overall the trusk was in good shape, the driver's side mirror was loose and would not stay in one position, so not able to use it to look back. Left a note with the gas station attendant so hopefully it got processed. Also, I was not told that I would get a text instructing me to take a picture of the license and back of the truck to show condition. When I finally saw the text the link to process the picture had expired. Need to tell the renter the text is coming. Otherwise all was good,
DANTE PThis is in a great location, and the truck lot is easy to get in and out of. The truck was clean and ready to go, and we experienced no problems at all. Returning the truck was easy online and made the entire experience trouble-free.

REBECCA COrdered an appliance dolly but when I got the truck I was informed they did not have appliance dollies. Don’t offer if you don’t have. Really set me back a bit.
Ben CThe person at the counter hung up on me after there was a misunderstanding with the person when I arrived to return the vehicle. I understood her telling me to return to the lot. So I did . I left the key in truck because I was not given the instructions when I returned it to lock up and put the key in the overnight drop box. So I got a call from the customer service person that originally rented it to me. He asked me where I left the key. I explained that I left it in the truck on the dash….and he hung up on me. I felt bad that I misunderstood but not to the point where I should’ve been treated with a blatant disrespect. Basically I was left with the feeling of great price but poor service. Thank you.
JASON EI was told the fuel was full when I got it, but it needed 7 gallons of gas after only driving 52 miles. I don't think the gas mileage is that bad. However, the difference was probably less than $20, so not worth the complaint. But since you asked, I dont think it's unreasonable to expect a gas station to fully top off the trucks before turning them around. Will be more diligent about this in the future and only replace used gas.
NATHAN KWhy rent a truck for 1 hr who can move in that time very confusing...Not clear on the pricing I wanted a 10 box truck he downsized me to a van Did not understand the late fee and after hours fee ended up paying twice the amount if I would have went someplace else. Over all it was a waste of time n my money
DONNA SThe location where the trailers are at is all dirt and gravel so that was not great. Trailer had dark tar stain inside that i had to wipe before loading my furniture which definitely wasnt good. Customer service was good and the price was excellent so I will be back. Thank You
ANGEL TThe trailer I rented had parts of the Ramp Door conversion campaign that were not completed rivets and the U bar support assembly are missing meaning meaning whoever did the door conversion skipped steps or didnt have all the parts to complete the job. We should be taking a look at these S models and verifying theyre done correctly before it becomes a liability. It looked like a 5 year old caulked the trailer. The passenger side ramp door lock is bent in such a way that a lock cannot be hooked up through it so I was only able to lock one latch on the equipment. If a trailer has 2 out of three panels with rub rails make an amendment to just make them all have rub rails its an extreme inconvenience to not have them for the pack I need to use for playing shows.

HEATHER DClean the truck entirely, especially giving it a wash before customer use. Don't expect customers to pick up/drop off the truck from lot separate away from station when paying a fair amount to use it. With a scheduled pick up time, bring the truck over to the station as part of customer service for convenience for the customer.
KEVIN KThe 26" truck had oil on the cargo floor, with bad odor and sticky surface, the truck need service on the advance track system, the alarm went off several times during my trip from WA to Florida, turning off the cruise control several times during my trip. Making my trip a nightmare to drive long distances without the cruise control, with my foot on the pedal. I placed service request (Ref Number 3387612), but due to my tight schedule I decided to continue driving without the cruise control. Unit: JH 3209R This has been the worst uHaul experience. In march I also rented two cargo trailers, one had a nail in a tire (they only added air without checking it) but we had to request a tire change in Boise Idaho, after driving 300+ miles on our way from WA to Florida, the other trailer had a defective tire with a bump, causing a lot of vibration, was also replaced at Boise Idaho. It seems this place doesn't check their equipment, despite we rented the equipment for long trips.
Gustavo VNothing specific. I made the reservation on line and it was smooth. Instructions were easy. They hooked up the trailer. It only took about 15 minutes including check-in. I had to disconnect it when returning and that was easy.
PAPPU MGreat mobile process. A bit annoying to take picture of every angle of the truck, when already stated that no accidents occurred.
Bretton GI would recommend, but I feel the communication on picking up the keys could have been better.
