How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have rented u-hauls from this location for years now and have always had nice equipment and great service. I'd recomend them to anyone in The greater Maple Valley area to try them.
VIC BWhen returning the trailer that you have rented, go to the Chevron Gas Station and then the app will open saying "Ready to Return." Don't go to storeage parking, app can't find your location. You must be in the stores location.
Michael RThe app was very quirky. Also, at the drop off point – it wasn’t clear where to leave the truck. We went to the gas station and we were told to go down the street to their storage lot. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance.
Dale WI was misquoted and charged double the daily rate. Also there were no moving blankets that I ordered.
