How U-Haul Reviews WorkOur U-Haul did not start very easily in the lot. My husband was able to get it started and thought it was just cold. He drove it to our house and we loaded the U-Haul. The truck would not start again. After about 10 minutes of putting the brake on and off turning the ignition key, pumping the brakes, etc. it finally started. I wanted to bring the truck back at this point, but we had already loaded it so we drove to our next stop and loaded the rest of the things. Again it would not start. This was very stressful since we were worried. It was not going to start at all and we would need to get a different truck and reload. It did finally start. We made it to the transfer station and unloaded. Again, it did not start without many attempts. When we return the truck, my husband mentioned to the attendant that we had a problem with it, and he seemed very unconcerned.

Gary FThe truck that was rented had an issue with being able to put gasoline in it. It was reported to this station so hopefully they have also let you know.
