The location was fine, and the people were helpful. However, what was not okay was the digital paperwork. I have never had to complete so many things just to rent a U-Haul before.

well, considering the fact that my reservation was canceled in Bellingham the day before my reservation. I moved my reservation to Maple Valley where I was given 130 extra miles for a total of 230 miles. I drove 249 miles. they charge me for every single mile I drove so the price they quoted me of 182 turned into $500. I suggest someone call me to remedy this
