Sean BProbably the worst rental experience I have ever had. If you need a U-haul I highly recommend finding a different location.
Jacob HThe tires on this unit were very old and starting to dry rot. Not very confidence inspiring for putting a $35k motorcycle on and dragging it 800 miles away. I don’t die and my motorcycle arrive in one piece though. The customer service in the other hand was outstanding and I would absolutely deal with them again. The Rainer location could learn a lot from this location in regards to professionalism and efficiency.
Brian TCounter staff was super helpful…when there was an issue with the fuel gauge on the first van, they quickly offered a second van and we were on our way. Appreciated their efforts to get us on the road quickly.
