The reservation (via website) and confirmation has not worked as planned in either of the 3 trailer rentals I did in the past month. It seems very easy to NOT ask for what you really want when you want it, and when you finally ask correctly the trailer availability and Pick up change on very short notice. This location gave a $50 credit for all the mishaps and I thought that was fair. My preference would be to easily get what I want on my schedules... as was paying people to help me move and had no trailer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the location at the gas station makes access somewhat difficult. However, I would still return and rent from this location again!

They told us we would buy something and then return it for our money back at our drop off location and they lied. They also told us they would charge our savings account because no money was in checkings yet still charged checkings and caused overdraft.

When my original reservation fell through due to the reservation being relocated 40 miles away in Tacoma Washington, the Maple Valley location set me up with a recently cancelled trailer. They were life savers!

The attendant was working very hard. He had several customers who ordered one size online, but came in wanting a large size, and some were not patient. Unfortunately, the attendant was put in a bad spot with unreasonable customers. As a result, some of us had to wait a long time to get service, but it was not the attendant's fault. He was doing all that he could do. Seems that maybe UHaul should have a strict/No BS policy that if the customer messes up their order, it is on the customer. It is not UHaul's responsibility to mess up others customers to address the first party.

There were two people who helped with the rental and both could have not been nicer or more helpful. The rental process went very smoothly. The only thing I would say to improve the process is that I filled out all the rental information on line but when I went to pickup the trailer, I had to give most of the same information over again. Again the people who helped me were great and I would have no problem using the Covington location again or recommending them to my friends and family.

Do not send them to this location. Trucks are off site and staff was very rude and un helpful. Locked keys in truck delaying my ability to get truck right away. Then had me drive truck to another lot after I checked it in. No compensation by them or Uhaul far any of this. Very un satisfied by both the site and Uhaul. Will not be my first moving truck choice next time I need a truck. Over 30 min of my day was wasted waiting for them to pry the top of the door out to jimmy the lock. Then also have me an over estimate on fuel needed and have it back with 3/16 more fuel than check out and no compensation for that either. Was told Uhaul district manager would be contacting me via a phone call and only received an email stating sorry for the inconvenience. LAME



Person who assisted was very friendly and attempted to be as helpful as he could, but there were issues with the UHAUL system that wasted a lot of time, and made me have to pay twice for my reservation. I now have to wait 5 days in order to be reimbursed for the duplicate transaction. This stemmed from trying to offer a partial refund for dropping off at another location. The system would not allow a partial refund on my card, and would not allow the representative to type in my address to have a physical check sent to. In addition to that, the location did not have the furniture pads or the dolly I had ordered. Very frustrating and time consuming. I prepaid online and did the pre check-in, so the whole process should have been very quick. It ended up taking over an hour, and I was late to meet the movers who were helping load my items. This cost me additional money because they were on the clock while they were waiting. I was extremely disappointed in UHAUL's professionalism. Again, the representative was doing the best he could, but none of the systems were working. Very frustrating experience.

Location is at a Chevron station, attendant that was present didn't know too much about the uhaul stuff.



Probably should roll each back door on the trailer, to the top, and verify it fully works. I had to spray WD-40 on the garage door wheels, once I opened the door enough to crawl inside... then it seemed to work fine.
