Only issue I had was with the app. I returned the trailer early but after hours and could not got the app to do the return.

Fuel line was cut prior to rental. Had to return truck, transfer load into new truck. Employees gave great customer service and transferred the loaf quickly and efficiently.
dennis hEveryone was extremely helpful, provided clear instructions, and was pleasant. Had a great check-out and check-in experience for the UHaul truck.
HEATHER BI was told there was a 1/4 tank of gas, when I started the truck it was on empty with "6 miles to empty" light on. That was a not a great start to my rental as I had to race to get gas. Everything else was good.
