I was yelled at by the manager of the location for driving onto the property before my contract was written. It was 8:00 am and the yard was empty. I have never had this happen at a Uhaul location before.. I had to drive off of the property and park on Lemon Street. At 8:00 in the morning Lemon Street was busy and the parking places were few because of trucks that have been returned. I don't remember reading anything in the rental materials that said you need to park offsite. The person who worked there and handled my rental was great. However, I won't be back.

It's just a storage yard. Not very pretty but doesn't really need to be. People were friendly, fast and efficient.

Always good service, and the equipment is well maintained. Excellent value for the service. Renting the trailers is keeping me from buying another truck; makes it hard to justify the expensive of owning when it’s more cost effective to just rent when necessary. Thank you.

You gave me an auto transport trailer with a separated tire. Don’t you check your equipment before renting. Then wasn’t able to switch the tire out and I took the trailer and called to have a field tech do it…three f’n hours before it could be done. So I rented a tire and rim from the auto repair shop my car was worked on. Cost me 150 cash and I still have to return it when I come to visit down there again. Bet if I had an accident you would have blamed me instead of your lack for not maintaining your equipment which you’re obligated to according to DOT.

My only complaint is that the car transport trailer that I rented did not have the strap down chains that you are supposed to attach to the front and rear of the vehicle. Other than that, it worked great!

The only situation I have issue with is the location was posted to be open from 9am-5pm, and closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00pm for lunch. I attempted to return the trailer the same day @ 2:40pm, but could not because the yard gate was closed and locked. So I was forced to keep the trailer overnight and rearrange my morning appointment so that the trailer would be returned within the 24hr period; didn’t appreciate that inconvenience.

I never received a contract which had the trucks mileage, base cost, cost per mile (I heard .39 per mile) and gas level on it when I rented the truck. The employee would not check in the truck in when I got into the yard, and then I get an invoice for over $400. I am not happy....Alan -951-491-5220

I as told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. We traveled a total of 16 miles. I put $12 of gas (I have confirmation) and was told after I left I did not put gas in to the original amount when given the truck. That is NOT correct and will never use this company again. Being charge $50 for gas after I put gas in is not right. Again, 16 total miles was used. I want a refund!!

Was in and hooked up to trailer in 15 min when I brought it back backed it into slot and worker was there to assist me and unhooked it from my truck 10 out of 10 for customer service

This location is great. The first location I tried to pick up the trailer from was closed when I arrived and didn’t answer the phone, despite their hours and business sign indicating that they were open. U-haul still owes me $50 for their equipment guarantee for this. I’ll call tomorrow.

Being honest about charges. I used the truck for 4 hours, just 13 miles and I was charged for extra gas. I refill the gas I used. Do you think you need $15 in gas to run 13 miles? I ve got to the facility by 6 pm and it was closed. Because of that you charged another $20. Next time I will use the truck from Home Depot.

Not much, tire lost Tread about 600 miles into trip but roadside Uhaul service was quick to respond. Within 35 minutes of contact a mechanic was on-site & 10 minutes later we were back on the road with no further problems. Thank you Uhaula

Don't charge for an entire extra day when a truck is waiting to be turned in gets marked 15 minutes late while the location is closed for lunch.

I used the online no contact rental using my phone. I was fantastic. The attendant upon return was quick with the check and I was out the door. Total time at the site, pick up drop off two maybe three minutes. The directions on getting the key at pick up was a bit tough to understand but I managed.

A paved lot would have been nice. An actual office / store front with all the normal U-Haul literature, signage, and goods would have been nice. This was a run down old trailer with a grave lot.

I picked up a trailer yesterday and returned today. When I picked it up there, a few pieces of trash were in there. I loaded a pallet and that’s all. Took it back with those small items still there like i received and got charged $10 fee. The girl who checked it in was very hostile and demanding. I will no longer rent from this location if she’s there.

My truck did not have AC which sucked because i had to drive to San Bernardino and back to Lake Elsinore and beat red and sweaty from being hot and not having the AC. When tried to turn in, it just blew out hot air. So I’d say that needs repaired being my rental wasn’t cheap.! Oh and I asked for a dolly but didn’t use it and never removed the green zip tie but still charged for it so it’s like my bill was closed out without looking at the truck. Now to get $7.00 back, I have to wait for someone to call me back. That sucks because U-Haul got their money right away from me.
