The gentleman that helped me out is one of the most helpful people I have encountered at a rental place. I showed up when he was ready to close and still took the time to help me with no hesitation what so ever and all with a good attitude and willing to solve any issues we had. I believe his name is Arron. Will definitely recommend anyone use this U-Haul in Lake Elsinore.

bethany rThe first person who checked on me hardly made eye contact, mumbled, overall just didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Secondly the day of my rental once parked it wouldn’t start. Had to call roadside which derailed me moving, the people I had helping me were on a time crunch and the roadside person had to call me 10x to find where I was in a simple address. Clearly labeled.

Ron GThere must be a public restroom on this location. Customer service must immediately send a text message to the customer with the complete address of the Rental pick up location. As we experienced, we booked on Sunday and already received a text with the booking ref #. The address was not provided. So we went to the wrong location.

JENNIE GSuper quick and a convenient location. The younger male employee there was very helpful and accommodating when we made last minute changes to the truck rental size. The truck return process was fast which was appreciated after a long day of moving.
THERESA SThey changed my entire reservation to a 15 ft when I wanted a 10ft, they lied about getting a military discount, the windshield was filthy. They changed my pick up location so I could have a 10ft which the new location did not have.
BARBARA CI did not schedule a rental pickup from this location…I received a call less than 24 hrs prior to my scheduled pickup and told there was not a trailer available at the original location…this is after I stopped by the original location to see the trailer and confirm my reservation…this new location took 3hrs to get to and back…very disappointed in this transaction
DAVID LI had truck problems this morning and I was only an hour late to drop off the trailer and I got charged a whole extra day. There should be some kind of a grace period in my opinion

JEFFERY KI’m so upset they started my mileage wrong and I took a picture through their app and when I called them, they said oh we can’t see it. It wasn’t visible so I can’t prove that the mileage was wrong so I got charged $80 more. I took a screenshot at the end, but I didn’t take a screenshot on my phone in the beginning. Be careful they’re camming people.

MICHAEL EOverall I would rate the experience excellent. The person in charge was courteous and very friendly with great customer service skills. Thecafter hours security not so much. Telling me things like “go have another beer or a shot of booze” and “ go home and beat your wife or kick your dog”. Maybe having a bad day.
Charles WI made my reservation online. Went thru all the steps and picture taking of myself and documents (ID). Followed directions as I was told to simply step to side counter and show associate my confirmation for the key. I was told I could not receive my key 🔑 30 minutes standing in a shack full of customers. Why did I waste my time online?? If I was going to just stand around in a shack. $89 for a cargo rental was a bit much $$$. Next time I will rent from Turo for a day which is much easier and less hassle with the cost much cheaper.

GEORGE AThe gentleman knew exactly what I wanted and got it put together; I love when a plan comes together, I do still have dolly, unexpected late move in but returned truck last night at around 816pm. Dropped keys in key drop off at Smoke and Gift. I will contact tomorrow but i only have a window on some days to move things up stairway to 2nd floor.up stairs so will try to turn in appliance dolly tomorrow evening, Dec 3rd Thank you for stream lining the plan for me U haul Christopher Glaze
CHRISTOPHER GEverything was perfect! Thank you for all of your help and for your excellent customer service skills. The only thing that I can say is that when I went to return the U-Haul truck in the designated area, the space was covered with cars. Apparently, there was a party in the neighborhood that night and the the attendees parked in the area where I needed to park the U-Haul truck. I had to ask a driver to move his car so that I can park. I sat waiting, idling the engine for about 10 minutes. Thank God the drivers were at their car. Otherwise, I would have been stuck with no way to park the U-Haul truck. Over all my experience with U-Haul was pleasant. Thank you again for your help.

JUAN MThe personnel were great, very helpful and worked quickly to get the multiple customers taken care of. The only issue was with the truck. The driver side mirror was loose and would not stay in position. As soon as it was mentioned to the staff, they immediately took a look at it. Don't know if it got fixed, but they started looking at it.
Stephen NGuy was there couldn’t even open the gate for us. Had to leave the trailer out on the grass gravel and stated do you have insurance and I said yes he said then Don don’t worry about it and we left it there seem pretty unprofessional. Would have taken two minutes to open a freaking gate. so I had to worry all night about somebody stealing the trailer and then had to call him this morning to get him to check in

BRIDGET BI was yelled at by the manager of the location for driving onto the property before my contract was written. It was 8:00 am and the yard was empty. I have never had this happen at a Uhaul location before.. I had to drive off of the property and park on Lemon Street. At 8:00 in the morning Lemon Street was busy and the parking places were few because of trucks that have been returned. I don't remember reading anything in the rental materials that said you need to park offsite. The person who worked there and handled my rental was great. However, I won't be back.
