Redline in Lenoir, NC to return the trailer was impossible to get a hold of so took it to a different dealer 500 miles cost $676.00 too damn expensive
Ned EThey never came out to inspect the trailer, they just told me where to drop it.
Lee HThe trailer did not have a jack on it. That made getting it off the truck hard. I would recommend building jacks on the trailers. No one was around when we dropped it off to help.

Robert DWas told on the phone .79/mile over the allotted mileage when printed out contract it was a 1.00 so it was extra expense Also asked how much gas for 50 miles of driving he said you better fill it up and it only had 1/4 tank so 65.00 to fill up and was 3/4 when dropped off so it was an extra 35.00 there also.

bret hWell let see was given a truck on empty after I just paid 90 bucks to rent it. On top that the truck had no brakes and the steering was so messed up felt like I was going die . Come on uhaul you do better . I used your company for 10 plus year out after yesterday it be my last!
Cory SThe lot can be a little tricky to pull out of for us new drivers. However, the lot is big enough to maneuver to see traffic. Only negative to speak of.
Sean MCheck in process took 30+ minutes. Was incredibly annoying. Seems like a lot of information that could have been entered when the rental was booked.
Grant WCharged $16 for extra miles which ended up being the mileage between the location I originally input and the location I was requested to pick and drop from to save money on the rental! Very dissatisfied with this practice. Seems a bit like a scam

Keith SActual office was closed. Online check in was possible but took force due to loading issues of the uhaul page as well as their location/gps services. Also, parking lot was frozen over and very slippery to navigate.

Joshua SWhen I reserved the vehicle we were quoted $10 for the insurance, and when I went in the guy said it was $14.95. Then the when I made the reservation the quote said 59cents a mile but at the pick up it was 79 cents a mile. The quotes and the actual price needs to be more accurate.

James HI had no interaction with the personnel. I arrived approximately 10-15 minutes after they opened but couldn’t find anyone to speak with. Not necessarily a negative experience.
David Skept driving around the block looking for the office then I finally noticed the 6 inch U-haul sign in the window, kinda hard to see from the road when the office is blocked in..the truck was way out there by it self and did not see anything that said U-haul this way or where to go.

viola tTruck had check engine light on and during the trip the low tire light came on but went off again after driving 50 miles or so. No Issues otherwise. Truck was Clean and otherwise no problems

fritz kIt was a nice new truck. Nice ride.At the time of pick up I was only offered the basic $60.00 level of coverage. NO other levels were explained. Upon returning the vehicle at the drop-off site late in the evening I accidentally backed into another trailer (not owned by U-Haul), only to find out that I am ultimately responsible for damages !! I would have certainly added the additional liability if I had only known about it. I am very upset!!! This practice of not fully disclosing options is not good. No one means for accidents to happen, but that extra piece of mind would have helped me out. I am very dissappointed.
