Quick and easy to reserve online, I was even able to easily able to extend my reservation online! Moving is stressful but the ease of being able to rent, pick up and drop off the U-haul was wonderful!

He told me I didn’t put gas in the van and I did but the gas gage sucked on it and then he charged me for approximately an extra 20 miles bringing my bill up much more. I had the van for two hours and barely drove it I would not recommended this U-Haul or ever go back

John AReserved a dolly which I needed for heavy items. When I got there was told “sorry, someone else got it. You still wanna pay the $7?” Um, no. Why would I still want it if what I paid for was gone. Then, when I returned the vehicle with the amount of gas I was asked to put in, I was later charged an extra $30 because “the gas gauge idled on e so it was empty.” When I called to clarify this with the employee I was basically met with “not my problem, man.” All this and the employee kept us waiting for 20 minutes past his lunch hour with the excuse of “took a long lunch, sorry.” Unprofessional and shady. Won’t be returning to this location for anything. Do not recommend at all.

JESUS GOriginally we had set for Extra complimentary day but at return or drop off. we were charged for an extra day plus insurance. that we did not use. plus when I received my copy of charges and called the branch office, An Employee who answered the my call was not polite. he said if you don't like the charges call the corporate office.
Bruce CLocation is good but motorcycle trailer electrical connector was too short to properly connect with my trailer wiring harness. It kept pulling the connection apart when turning corners. I ended up having to stop on my trip and loosen the trailer's connector at the strain relief on the trailer frame and moving the connector forward about 4-6 inches to properly mate with my harness. This was NOT an issue with my harness being too short. I've rented several U-Haul trailers and never had this problem. The motorcycle trailer wiring harness was clamped down at the strain relief about 3" from its end with about 8-10 inches of extra cable behind the strain relief (on the trailer side) and not where I could use it to connect to my car.

BRIAN MLights driver side tail, emergency didn't work. Refuse to assign another trailer, trailer had to be swept out, floor was dirty, safety risk to me and risk of traffic ticket. Weather was bad, one way trip through dense fog, rain, and snow.
DEIRDRE GHave someone check the inside of backs of the truck. My furniture was covered in dirty motor oil and we were slipping and sliding on it. Now I have dirty oil spots on my new carpet. Thanks a lot.

TINA TMy initial impression when I called to ask questions prior to renting was not favorable. The person answering the phone did not identify the business or himself and seemed bored. Answered the phone, “yeah” and “what’s up” was this response when I said I had some questions. The day of pickup was a different story and the young man who handled the rental made up for the poor initial contact experience.
