In my opinion, your mileage rates are way too high. For a short(time-wise) day trip to a town my family and I are moving it cost over $200. I understand there is overhead, but to be honest your mileage rate seems to be overkill. This is no reflection on Willis Quick Stop which I know was simply following company policy. Please review your per mile cost and do something to help people out. Moving is already stressful and expensive.Mark W.
The manager in charge of helping me get the u-haul wasn't very friendly and wasn't really trying to help me get the u- haul. She just told me what to do and left. Well let's just say she ended up coming back and I wasn't able to leave with the u-haul til around 6:30 and had to have it back by 9 so with her not wanting to do her job made me loose out an hour that I could have used. Instead I didn't get all of what I needed moved cause I ran out of time and I wasn't about to have to pay for that again. But once she got the orders and the information put in from returning the truck it took a couple days to get the money back from not using all my miles I had repaid for. I was charged 51,000 dollars for a 100 milr travel. It took an hour to call and get the issue fixed. It was frustrating. The end point was Willis in Seminole. The worker didnt seem to be professional and the store was chaos for not only me but other customers... I would rent from Coalton Road in Henryetta but will never do buisness with Willis ever again.Amanda R.

Very easy to get to, the lady that help me was Very Nice. It was extremely slow process to get it rented. There wasn't anyone there to help hook up what I rented. I felt Very Uncomfortable hooking it up by myself. I had to move 2 trailers to get to the car hauler that I rented, no one came out to ck on any damages that may have been there, there was a tag light cover that was missing and the bulb was just hanging. I took it to Wal-Mart to ask for help making sure it was hooked up properly and it was all tight. I traveled from Oklahoma to Alabama.Kitty T.

This location was a convenience store. Not, a traditional well maintained and staffed Uhaul location. I had zero assistance in hooking up the trailer and testing the electrical cabling which turned out to have a short in it that prevented the tail lights from working.David R.

The person that checked me in could not operate the computer system. Therefore, a week late, I received a notice from U-Haul that I had returned the trailer. This required me to return to this location and spend a hour correcting the issue. All staff need to be train on the computer system!Carlton W.
While everyone was helpful with this location I had issues finding it. I input the address into two different gps systems (iphone, google maps) and got taken to the wrong location on three occasions before finding this place on the fourth. I waited for 2 1/2 hrs to pickup and was already pre registered. I was told I would be given a discount for that reason but wasn't, and when I returned the truck I had to wait another hour to get it checked in. The original address on the Uhaul site was incorrect. The location had moved twice since the address posted. It would have saved us an hour trying to find the place if the address had been updated online in the ordering information.Gary L.

Offer unlimited Mileage. I was charged an extra $14.40 for a tenth of a mile over the estimated distance needed to move. I also filled the tank on the truck and wasn't credited for the extra gas that was still in the tank when I turned in the truck.Phillip G.

I went to this location Saturday to pick up the truck it was 20 miles one way from Shawnee. When I arrived the clerk told me she did not know how to rent a uhaul only how to return one. She tried multiple times to contact someone to walk her through the process, I asked if she could call the 1800 number for uhaul, she ended up telling me I had to come back the following morning to be able to rent it. The next morning I arrive and wait while the clerk is having to attend to other customers as this is a gas station/convience store. I felt as if it was a burden on the clerk to rent the uhaul to me a paying customer. I have rented from uhaul 4 times over the last 2 years this was the worst experience I have had. I will not use it again. I paid $130 drove over 100 miles out of the way (making two trips to the gas station and the trip back to Shawnee with the uhaul) which used up about an 1/8 of the 1/4 tank of gas that was in the uhaul.Danielle S.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Congratulations on losing a customer because you can't keep track of where your trucks are and which locations are open on which day! I originally requested a 10 ft truck to rent on a Sunday in Seminole. The website automatically pulls up which locations are open and have the equipment available. Naturally, I was expecting to pick up my truck in Seminole on Sunday. Well, I get a call from a U-Haul rep that the truck that was LISTED ON THE WEBSITE at the location is actually not there, but they do have one in Holdenville (this is now a 1-hr drive out for me), at a location that is closed Sunday but open Saturday. So, I drive all the way out to Holdenville on Saturday to pick up the truck with no extra charge for the additional day. Well, the truck is there but the location is CLOSED, which apparently U-Haul had NO IDEA what the hours were for this store!! Now one day away from when I am moving, and you guys have to struggle to find a truck available for me. The only truck available now is a 26 FOOT MONSTER in Seminole! So I had to double back and spend the rest of the damn day when I should have been packing looking for this place in Seminole, which is NOT LISTED on any GPS, so I drove all over the town until I finally found it. The place has dial-up speed internet, so I'm in there for over an hour while the poor girl tries to register me on the computer. I ask for furniture pads, which are listed on their computer, but when it comes time for me to leave, surprise!! They don't have any. Now, I had to drive a giant truck with ZERO EXPERIENCE, and tie down all my stuff since it barely even fills a quarter of the space. I ended up leaving ruts on a neighbour's driveway and getting the truck stuck in another driveway trying to turn the beast around for OVER AN HOUR. All because U-Haul relies on subsidiary and franchise locations based on a computer system that can't even keep track of their goddamn equipment!! Needless to say, I am never using U-Haul again in my life. I was lucky I was even able to find a truck at all, and the one bright spot is that the refunds for the truck size and additional day were put back into my account with minimal fuss. Overall though, you people need to Get. Your. Shit. Together.KELSEY V.
If you are local in Seminole, it would work. But have trailers where you advertise they will be online. I had a choice of 4 locations in Shawnee where the storage unit was. I was coming from Oklahoma City and the closest one they could give me was 30 min. each way in the opposite direction, so that was an hour wasted. I find it hard to believe there were no trailers that size in the city. The GPS cannot find this location so I had to call several times. Uhaul did not confirm over the phone exactly what I needed and the ball hitch we had was too big, so I had to spend another $30 on a new ball-of which I already had back home. Taxes were another $30 which should be included on the estimate just like a car rental does. This location is also under parking lot construction and gets congested. The people were nice and helpful though.Leslie P.
