The ramps on the new trucks are too short... And it was my error but I put too much gas in on the refill.. So instead of 1/4 tank.. I left it with 1/2 tank.. Then I went 1 mile over the allocated mileage and so was charged for that mile... But that is what I agreed too....

How U-Haul Reviews Workstaff was not knowledgable about my return being dropped off early and the availability of getting a credit for the additional day of the rental. I was told that since I did not rent it from that location that I would not get the credit. I called into u-haul and spoke to Joshua and he said if I did not receive the credit to contact U-haul again on Saturday the 29th of August.
Aaron LFirst they had to check if that was the location that I needed to drop off. They had no idea. Then I was told that I could go. Nothing else was needed. Then I get a DOUBLE charge for $35. I need a refund as son as possible for both charges. I was never told this would happen or to be double charged. Very unethical.
Edmar PCustomer service is awful and they are not informative at all. When ypu ask them what to do to return the uhaul they look at you like you are stupid and tell you to leave the key in the truck and they will take care of it so them you have to call uhaul and spend time on the phone after moving all day to find out you just had to drop the key I'm a box terrible place.
