Less than 24 hours notice that a vehicle is not available at my location and that the closest one is a 35 minute drive from me is pretty appalling. The mattress cover I paid for was not in the truck and the app is appaling. I took multiple times to go through the process of picking up the truck via app and never successfully finished the procedure upon leaving the truck.

Correct information about the vehicle? Especially the fuel tank level. When returning the vehicle in Coloma Michigan the staff member informed me the tank level was 7/16 full at pickup. I know that it was 3/16 full in reality? Because it was 125 miles till empty above the gauge
