The Willow Truck location saved the day. We were at a different location to start and we had an awful experience. He ended up sending us to a location that would add at least an extra hour to our travel, pay over $200 extra, require that location to stay late because of our drive, and was rude and dismissive. To top off, apparently he didn't even use the system as it's intended so the uhaul location we were headed to was equally confused and irritated. After already heading to that location, on my own, I found the Willow Truck location had the small trailer we were looking for. I called and they were phenomenal. We got off the highway and headed back to Red Deer. They were kind and reassured me that they did in fact have what I needed, had it ready when I arrived, and went above and beyond to help us get set up and on the way. The cost was just as expected and there was no drama or lack of communication. I will never use Riverside location again. I had bad customer service there previously but tolerated it, now that I know Willow Truck location has a good fleet and are so wonderful, I will only use them from now on.

Jeannine SI checked in over the app, put in my credit card info, uploaded pictures of my ID, and put in my vehicle information, then I got to the U-haul and the person had none of that information so I had to re submit everything again in person before I could get the trailer. Including having to pay again. Then when I returned it 27 hours later I was charged for a full 48 hours.

I would give 100stars for his service today! He was even willing to help me carry my heavy bag. Definitely the best service I have ever received in my many dealings of renting U-Haul!

Edwards MNote I paid for 24 hours and was charged extra 40.00 + 16.00 Coverage extra on top of my Bill because I was late (Contract #29886563) I made arrangements to pay at 1:13 pm and pick the unit up at 4:00 pm so I would have 24 hours to complete my move from pickup time . I paid early at lunch time to avoid delays for my 4:00 pickup and the guy at Willow Creek said no problem .

Also I never received the proper things that I had ordered; and yet paid the full price for them
Sheila TWent in at 430 pm she didn't close the contract until 948 pm ... had the dolly for 3 and half hours had to pay for 2 full days. This seems kind of crazy to me .

Drove to another location that was not convenient (busy downtown) and wanted different size truck so found something bigger than needed but paid the extra cost and the location there and service was great..,,not there fault.

I understand U-Haul not wanting to be accommodating for free, but they should have mentioned there was extra fees associated to changing the drop off day/time. Guy working was great tho and only made us pay one extra day instead of two.
