Upon arrival, the business I arranged counter pickup with was closed. Later I learned the location was closed for vacation (nothing was indicated on the U-Haul site (I found this at another nearby location, which is why I chose this particular site). After spending nearly an hour on the phone calling the customer service line, we were able to obtain a key for the vehicle and get through the mobile check out. When we finally drove vehicle, we noticed the inside could have been cleaned much better. We have since returned the vehicle and I have yet to see a receipt so I imagine I will have to spend my time making another unnecessary call to obtain my receipt. Needless to say this is a less than stellar experience.

Nena P.The online check in app is slow, takes too long and wouldn't recognize that we were at the location to pick up the vehicle. The mileage on the vehicle was incorrect and it would not allow it to be corrected in the app. There was someone at the location who was able to.give me the area managers cell phone number so that I could l confirm the start and ending mileage. You should be able to fix that in the app. All in all, I would not recommend using the app check-in to anyone who rents from U-Haul.

Ronald S.Never again. A one hour truck rental that was supposed to be $19.95 turned in to almost $60.00. Nearly $40 in fees for a simple 16 mile usage! Disgraceful! Will borrow a friends truck next time, fill the tank with fuel and save $50.00.

james G.I was not able to pick up the trailer in a timely manner. Shop was closed upon arrival. After spending 25 minutes on the phone with Uhaul trying to reschedule the trailer the shop owner came out of the shop from working. I would recommend some type of doorbell system or notification when the customer is on the premises to pick up equipment. The 45 minutes delay resulted in me having to pay movers an additional hour of work as they were waiting for the trailer to arrive.
Kim C.Have more info available to the customer and be more informative while doing the paperwork. Try to accommodate the customer more efficiently. Have a weekend contact phone number! Lower prices. Have staff with a clean appearance and courteous to the customer.

Kenneth O.Your smartphone 24\7 share does not work from this location ! The owner was amazing !! Came on his day off and got me going ... but your ap is horrible !! You need to provide an option if "your location can not be detected occurs " .... I could provide vehicle ID numbers .... I could provide License plate number .. Another customer was having the identical problem ... you need to come up with an alternate plan. Your customer service number transferred me from department to department for over 90 minutes... thankfully the owner was truly great about the situation and did what U-Haul couldn't do ....get me into the truck I had reserved and paid in full for 2 days prior to the rental date .... SHAME ON YOU U-HAUL Praises to the owner of Trinity Auto.. Great Guy !!

Howard M.Driveway horrible, man came out helped me to take off trailer only positive impact for me. Told me I didn't need anything from him, so he kept my paperwork didn't give me anything showing the trailer was returned. Didn't check it in saying it was returned, received email 10 days later saying I didn't return trailer, and was going to have to pay for missing trailer. when asking about the situation had a bit of a push back but then took care of it. Then charged me $5 extra for time frame of dropping it off, rented for 5 days returned 2 days early??? Called customer service was very helpful and they verified that now the trailer shows returned and is going to refund the money as they don't see a reason for the extra $5 charge.
Christy O.This was the second location i was sent to, after the location i was told the reservation would be at told me to go to this location (and second location was further away, causing me to go over the mileage allowance which i was then charged for). The second location was closed. I had to call the uHaul 800 number in order to get my rental

Carolyn M.There was no reason for us to have to travel 15 miles to pickup the truck when the local facility had the truck we needed. The cab of truck was dirty, door panel loose and water behind it. Cargo area had not been swept. Pickup facility was basically a junkyard. Not welcoming.

Mark B.UHaul customer service leaves a lot to be desired, The truck I reserved was not available a the locations I requested. The booking agent could not tell me where the alternate locations were. I had to go 65 miles out of my way. I was given extra mileage but nothing for my time. i would not overall recommend UHaul to any one. My issue is with UHaul not the place I picked up the truck.
WILLIAM M.Better location to return truck to.went to one I knew which was further away and had to pay penalty mileage even I filled up gas over what it registered when I picked it up.
DAVID A.Trailer was about useless. If a car was on the trailer the ramps woildnt come out or go in. Had to,jack up end of car to use ramps. Wheel strap was broken and lights didn't work properly.
