there was no reason for me to be sent to bernardston for a truck. i was moving from one apartment in turners falls to another apartment in turners falls, and requested to pick up and drop off my truck from the uhaul location in turners falls, which had trucks available. instead i wasted time, gas, and money driving two towns over to an unmanned location for no reason. why allow customers to even ‘request’ pickup/drop off locations if they will not be honored? extremely annoying.

The furniture pads were soaked, if they can be not soaked at all and be more dry so I can package them with the boxes for future reference.

The vehicle moved great and was very helpful!
