When a customer wants to rent a truck that will hold 15 feet of product let them know they need a 20 foot truck..because the 15 foot truck only holds 10 feet of merchandise

The front tire was unevenly worn and it wasn't fixed before we took the van. It was fixed within 45 min of us noticing, but it did delay our travels. We also were not told about the leak in the Mom's Attic and it almost ruined our belongings. The location is also a bit hard to get in and out of.

KYLE CI ordered a dolly rental online with the truck but when I got there they told me they were out and I was out of luck. This wasn't a huge deal but when I asked them to remove the charge for the dolly they said they couldn't help me and to just tell the location at drop off what happened and they would fix it. I just said ok not realizing the issue but the drop off was using 24/7 truck share. I thought there might be some way to edit charges on the app at final drop off but I can't figure it out if there is and there was nobody there to talk to.
Ethan DThis location asphalt parking and drive area is in disrepair and bad shape. The 10' truck I had I would not consider "safe" the drivers door would not close all the way most of the time without slamming over and over. The Drivers side visor was broke and if you hit a bump in the road the visor would suddenly drop down in front of your line of site making you have to move fast to get it out of your line of site. And as for customer service, the lady helped me was not friendly at all. I felt as if she was only there because she had to be. If you do not like your job find another. What ever happen to great customer service with a smile and being friendly. She also did not do a walk around wit me to look over previous damage etc.
MICHAEL WI reserved the truck and 36 packing blankets/pads on 10/21/2024 and when I picked up the truck and blankets on 11/10/2024, there were only 9 blankets. This had a big impact on our move and protecting our furniture. We are very disappointed there wasn't any sort of notification or warning that this location did not have the amount reserved 20 days in advance. Comment for U-haul: your app and website suck, slow and continually kicked me out of steps in the process of picking up and returning the truck.
Jacob PNeed help to unhook trailer . No help at this location. Truly uhaul , you do it !!! The girls at the desk are friendly but no help out side . The one old fellow out in the lot could barley walk let alone unhook a heavy unit

JAMES MWise Moving/Storage is my go-to for moving rentals. I use them frequently for trailers and occasionally vans or trucks. They ALWAYS do a great job, are friendly and professional. I very often get a trailer on short notice, and it has never been a problem (except if they are out of the ramp trailer I usually need, and that is NOT on them). There is not a high enough rating to accurately rate their service.
BRAD HCargo Van was very dirty and I had trouble getting it to start when I was ready to return it.
LOIS HStaff was friendly, only one person was present at first.. I was shown which trailer I was to get. I had to hook it all up with no help. Went to the office and received all paperwork. At that time I did see 2 more people. I remember when I used uhaul before, staff helped with all the hook up... just seams like there is less service these days

TIMOTHY HMobile check in was weird, as I needed to provide a reference (never had to do that so it added unnecessary time trying to figure out what it was asking for) Besides that wonky check in process, the check out was very fast and the lady who helped me was quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for your U-Haul rental

I think staff could be friendlier and suggest not having a cat roaming and laying on the counter by where people check out, especially of they’re allergic. I have to leave and take medicine right away because my eyes were swelling and I was sneezing. Otherwise decent experience.

TRACY SPicking up the UHaul truck by myself was convenient and helpful. However, when I had to deal with a staff member they weren’t personable to me. The staff member was quite cold. I’ll try to use a different location or choose not to deal with a staff member at this location, if there is a next time.
Maggie HThe app malfunctioned when I was checking in. No matter what I did, it would not accept the photo I took of the license plate. When I tried to confirm the plate image the app showed, the option to continue was greyed out. I thought about going inside to ask for help, but I had gotten a vibe that the woman at the counter really didn't like me, so I gave it a pass. She was polite enough, but she also looked at me like I was a roach she wanted to step on.
Arliss GVery unpleasant blonde woman was behind the counter and obviously did not want to be there. I had a reservation for a box truck and had already rented a trailer that I had pulled from Florida and was due to return it the next day. I asked if it would be possible to drop the trailer at her location instead of the other location I was supposed to drop it at. She snapped at me and told me it wasn’t possible because it probably had another reservation for the following day. No offer to check into it, no offer to call the other location. Nothing. Just a curt, “no you can’t“. She then walked outside and came back in and said your trucks outside running. She didn’t offer to go over anything on the truck with me. Zero customer service skills. There’s also a phone number listed for this location that is never answered and goes to voicemail stating someone will call you back. I overheard one of the other customer service agents saying that phone isn’t monitored. Not sure how you are supposed to contact them if there’s a problem. Also when I picked up the truck, I found a gold colored pocket watch in the cargo space. That told me the truck had not been cleaned prior to me, renting it out.
Kelly HMake it clear where a person's storage area is and when asked for assistance be more open to help people. Also, please stop sending customers to one uhaul place for storage and another for truck return, when it is more convenient to just do all the services at the same location. In addition, your app should be more explanatory not long and drawed out, and it should be more directive and not misleading or malfunctioning. When renters are tired they just want to rent trucks without the hassle.

Donald SThe location was great! The truck was not. The transmission was slipping and made the drive the single most terrifying experience of my life. If I had not been driving in the middle of nowhere by myself with a 26 foot truck full of stuff, I would have stopped and returned the truck and rented a different one. Every time I went downhill, the truck engine would make terrifying noises and the RPMs would hit 4.5-5 which was almost in the red. Please get this truck looked at before renting it out to anyone else.

I would appreciate a refund, because if I would have known that would be the charge for the extra day I would have returned it on time! Total cost for a rental being over $500 and I returned it with more gasoline than when I took possession. Will never rent from U-Haul again especially because of the failure to disclose pricing on keeping the truck an extra day.
KALEB MThe vehicle my wife and I received from this location was in super poor condition for a cross country drive (MO-CA). The ac turned off between 2 and 4 rpm’s, the tires were bald there was an exhaust leak, and it overheated 3 times my grandfather has cancer and came to take the ride with me back calling roadside assistance would have taken forever not to mention the unload and loading part. Would not recommend this location for long hauls.
