I would recommend wise to anyone wanting great customer service, clean location, and helpful staff. Due to difficulties in picking up the truck we were behind in returning the truck and they were very gracious with us. I will definitely use their services should I need them in the future

Location was not even on the app. I initially went to another location that isn’t even operating. My reservation was for 24 hours. I returned truck not even 12 hours after picking it up. They check it in late and charge me a bunch of late fees. All around, just a terrible experience with U-haul. I will never use them again.

Jerrod FMy first drop off location didn't exist any more. When I called U-Haul customer service, they told me not to go to Wise Moving and Storage across the street. They told me to drive the trailer another 20 minutes to an official Uhaul facility. I followed their suggestion and found out that the official Uhaul facility didn't even rent or take trailers. They were a storage facility. I ended up having to drive 20 minutes back to Wise Moving and Storage who were very helpful.
