The gentleman that helped check the truck out was pretty rude and short. I explained that I was actually going out further than the return destination but there wasn’t a return shop at my actual destination. He was hesitant to even add any more miles. Then, my contract price was MORE (by almost $30) then what I was quoted online. Overall, the entire process was very disappointing.

After being both misled on the pricing and then overcharged on the quantity, I emailed the location but got no response. After calling customer service, it was referred up and I was supposed to get a call back within 3 days. I never received a call, and noticed a refund on only a portion of what I asked for.

Used this location many times. Always a friendly, positive experience.

Definitely a huge fan and supporter of the self pickup and drop off process, I had the truck scheduled for 24 hours but only needed for about 11 so with the self drop off after hours I was able to return early and the process is simple. Definitely will use uhaul over competitors on this feature alone.

We showed up late after the store had already closed and the employee still took care of getting us our uhaul. Excellent service - super friendly, quick and easy.

Truck was not running very well. Motor missed a lot taking off from a stop up to about 40 mph. It ran ok once you got up to 65 to 70 miles per hour. I don't think the truck had been washed in months. Left over trash in the cab. Both doors made a considerable amount of wind noise. I had ear buds with me to mask the noise.

There is only one person working at this location and I was in line for over an hour. The gentleman was very nice and equipment was great. The wait was a big problem. He needed another person to help with as many truck that were going out. I would recommend but tell friends to plan to wait a long time.

Truck was horrible. Steering wheel crooked. Brakes locking up. Leaked fluid all over my driveway at brand new home. Mirror wouldn’t adjust. And barely would idle when hot.

Very friendly staff and it was a quick process

A little more of a uniform so he would be easily identified.

The trailer was very dented and leaked into my luggage while traveling.

We were supposed to use Cooper's Movers (from the list on the Uhaul website) and they pushed back our time twice to the point that they weren't coming to move us until almost 6:00pm when I originally requested noon. We didn't use them and were very disappointed. Our use of the Uhaul truck was helpful and the staff we encountered were helpful.

I was charged on my card for the estimated amount and then the next day was also charged for the actual amount. When I called about it they said it will take over a week to get my money back that shouldn't have been charged. This is totally unacceptable. The truck was dirty in the cargo area. I had to sweep it out before use.
