If I book a U-Haul reservation online at a specific location, and U-Haul calls me the next day to tell me that my truck is not available at that location and I am required to pick up my U-Haul from a different location, that is further away from my intended route, U-Haul should not charge me for the additional miles I have to drive because they did not have the equipment available at the location I booked.
