My comments may be more about UHaul processes and procedures than this specific location. The UHaul experience has gone so far into the online experience that the personal touch of customer service has been completely overlooked. After leaving the location and getting home, I had a question about the truck and the return time. I could not get anyone locally to answer the phone. I navigated through 3 different phone numbers and never reached a person. I had to drive back to the UHaul location to get my answer. While there I asked about a phone number that would be answered. They told me the phone number listed on the web page does not ring in their office, so they gave me a business card with a phone number on it. Later, when I tried that phone number, nobody answered. The online experience can be efficient and timely, but not to the exclusion of customer service and the personal touch of talking to real people. There are questions or issues that come up that require a person to address.

BRYAN M- Honestly, I am not sure whether or not I would recommend this location to anyone. Since I only had 2 choices from which to answer I chose No. If Maybe would have been a choice I would have said Maybe. - I was unable to reach the staff by phone after calling multiple times & was told that staff at the Uhaul corporation is not able to reach this location by phone either so I drove the 10 - 15 min each way to the store in the middle of a very busy time in my life. Then when I entered the store office both of the staff just stayed seated in their seats, rather than standing, to answer my question. - I did have 3 other experiences in the location office where the staff were standing, helpful & efficient.
