I had a reservation to pick up the trailer at a location near my home. when I arrived there was not trailer for me to rent. I never got a call informing me there would be no trailer. The closest trailer was 45 minutes away. I had to make that drive, do the pick up, then drive home. It put me very behind loading for my trip. Communication could have been much better.

Great experience, but that total mileage cost about killed me! I only had the vehicle for two hours, and I only drove to one place, one time.
Markeeda RI am a moving company, and have been using uhaul since 2014. In that 12 years I have used uhaul probably over 2000 times. This particular incident, set me back 2.5 hours that day. I had 4 moves scheduled and had to cancel my last moves of that day because my truck was not ready for me when I went to go pick it up way before they opened. I arrived at 730 a.m. and couldn't leave until after they opened at 9. I believe my official leave time way 910. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. My 4th move was so upset with me, even when I explained it was out of my control. I lost a customer for life.
