The subcontracted mover helper was high on something, broke things in the first five minutes, picked up my dog off the floor and walked around my apartment with him.
My friend told him to leave. He said NO ans became belligerent. I called 911.

The truck was dirty when I picked it up. I returned it in the same condition. This location needs to remodel. It's not 1995 anymore! I purposefully reserved this truck at the Deerbrook location, but Uhaul sent me to this location. It is cleaner, the staff is much friendlier.

Would be helpful if the remtal facility could let you know ahead of time if they are missing equipment that you need and reserved. We had to buy eqpt at the last minute.

I swept the truck out as instructed and left it in the same condition I got it in with more fuel than I got it with, but I was still charged the extra $25. I obviously just moved and am already in a financially tricky spot, so an almost $70 charge when I put in the effort and was anticipating a $40 charge was really disappointing. Especially because I already had to pay to refuel the truck.

The people at this location were professional and friendly.
The 10’ truck we rented had tail lights that did not work. We rented it for a 1 way move of 230 miles. My husband drove the truck and I drove our car. I had to stay close behind him and let my car be seen by other vehicles to be safe. This was a very stressful trip because of this.

The right rear blinker (passenger rear) was out and I got pulled over for it. The cop didn't give me a ticket, but he ran my name and held me up for 30 minutes on the side of the road. Truck off and its cold outside and my pregnant wife was freezing. So I told the lady behind the counter about it and she just said ok, I'll make a note of it. Didn't ask what can she do to fix the issue to make it better or nothing.

I reserved some equipment but they did not have it for me. Good thing it turned out I did not need it. At least this time they did not give me a smaller truck, like they did last time. It is the small things. They were busy and we had to wait even though people kept asking if we needed help.

This has nothing to do with Wise storage facility where I rent uhual trucks from but with uhual itself. I've rented many trucks through this location and have had amazing service every time my issue is with uhual. I rented a pick up truck this time for 4 hours. it cost me 134.00!!! What??? That is completely unacceptable. Not cool that not cool at all. Thank you to the Wise facility for being reliable and friendly, I know you don't set the rates for these trucks.

Everything was great! Our storage unit was in an offsite lot and the customer service rep even took the time to take us over there personally so I appreciated that added assistance. They also provided a lock for the unit free of charge which is an added bonus and very rare. Overall I would highly recommend this storage facility!
