Yes I agree I was late making a payment when due but it was paid,they agreed to rent to me again ,but my contract stated return at 8:45 his words were if not back by 6pm he will.reporr it stollen ,i was rushing to get my things together so I stopped and asked what it take tonrent to 7pm 6pm not enough time, then was told youre ok you have til 7 ,granted I rushed and had it back by 6:30 pm.with the gentleman waiting on me ,aren't you a 3rd party is it youre final say uhaul open a door for you to profit no have authority, control thing ,underpaid who knows but very rude at the end of the day, it's not your company to be calling. And demanding money. Four , if a contract says one thing , what make s you triumph uhaul just a small puppet wanting big things ,how rude

The truck was not clean. It have sticky stuff throughout. As well as the owner scolding his employee in front of the customer. My opinion ion thats not professional.

Nancy SEverything worked out great. The people there were good dropped off trailer at 12:30 computers were down so they had to log it in later but logged it in at 1 o’clock instead of the 1230 but everything was great good people good location thank you.

Sheila CI didn't realize until I got to my destination that one of the spring pins that holds the ramps on the dolly was missing. It made it a bit more difficult to use the ramps, but not terribly. When I returned the dolly, I informed the staff of the issue and they let me know that they would have it repaired for the next user. The location was easy to get to and the staff were pleasant to deal with. I don't blame them for the ramp issue. It was small and would be easy to miss. I would absolutely rent from this location again.
