I didn't realize until I got to my destination that one of the spring pins that holds the ramps on the dolly was missing. It made it a bit more difficult to use the ramps, but not terribly. When I returned the dolly, I informed the staff of the issue and they let me know that they would have it repaired for the next user. The location was easy to get to and the staff were pleasant to deal with. I don't blame them for the ramp issue. It was small and would be easy to miss. I would absolutely rent from this location again.
