MATT JWhen I went to drop off truck. No one was at the location to help with the drop off. I waited over half an hour to be helped. Tried doing the truck drop off via the app and it would not pick up my location for me to proceed with the drop off.

Pearcy PQuicker paperwork for the rental Contract. The process has to be sped up...moving day is always a panic and it should not take more than 10 minutes especially for a returning customer...3rd time in 9 months.

Martin BEnsure your equipment has been checked over throughly. The tires on the rental trailer were about 70% worn out. One tire had to have air filled everyday. A inconvenient problem in very cold weather conditions. Otherwise, the trailer functioned fine.

Ken LWhen we arrived, our U HAUL was double booked. Some guy drove off in the U HAUL that was reserved for me. Had to contact U HAUL & did get a replacement which made everything complicated. This process took us over an hour. The mileage on the truck didn’t match the mileage on my online account due to the double booking of my original reserved U HAUL, which also made drop off a two hour process, phones calls redirected, time spent with the in person drop off etc.

Kris MDon't lie to the customer saying fuel to be at least half full and that the back cargo area be cleaned and swept upon return .I should have been told I needed to get the truck detailed prior to returning . Being hit with the unexpected charge upon return is not ok.
Dalton HIt was just a drop location for me so I had no personal contact but they were pleasant and helpful with my questions over the phone.
Shawna STrailer had a flat tire and I had to fix it myself as no one would come out and the tire shop was backed up . Very poor customer service . Will not use uhaul again .

RYAN BI rented a 20' truck and a 5x8 trailer, the trailer was $1000 and the truck was $1300. Crazy over priced and it seems like no one in the Uhaul world cares. And if I hear nothing back from this review, then it will prove that you don't. Steve Klassen
Steven KBrought us a 10ft truck instead of a 20ft then told us to wait in ponoka for an hour for the 20ft wich didnt arrive until the next day

Skyla NThe Wizard of Odds location was easy to access and Grace was helpful and nice to deal with. We were originally supposed to pick up our Uhaul from the dealer on 48 Ave. and Riverside Dr. in Red Deer but the guy made up stories and lied to us about the truck we had already scheduled because he didnt want it going on a one way trip. He wants all the larger units to be return trips and will only give the 15' trucks for one ways. This put us two hours behind schedule as the nearest truck of the size we needed was almost an hour drive away. The other Uhaul location in Red Deer, on 67 St., while not having the size of truck we needed that day, were very helpful and I would recommend anyone in the area looking for a truck to go to them and avoid that other character.

We had a minor mix up on our end and they were very understanding, and happened to be prepared in an event a mix up like ours may happen! A great way to run a business. We had issues with the uhaul app and getting it to work with the 24/7 pick up and drop off feature. This was frustrating but we were very happy with our overall experience.
