I have used this location several times and have never had an issue until 12/19/2020. The cab was dirty, definitely not cleaned nor Covid protocol clean. The driver rear tire had a two inch crack in the sidewall and both exterior and interior tires were bald. The person that loaded my truck showed me the flat tire. I was stuck waiting for a service technician to change the tire. I expect a partial refund of this rental. That truck should not have been rented or in the road. Had the roads been icy, with bald tires, my safety would have been in greater jeopardy. Very disappointed and upset.Susan R.

Hardware store and personnel were great, but my reservation didn't show up in my phone and UHaul rep Dani was rude and unhelpful , store stayed open and had to call District rep to get my reservation to go through, I have now been charged a $20 after hour fee. I couldn't check the uhaul in because the reservation still didn't show up in my phone, so employee at store said they would take care of it in the morning. Will probably never get a U Haul again because of all the problems.Joseph C.

The location was good. The airbag light and check engine light was on in my truck. The airbag is a safety issue and it would never pass an inspection with the check engine light. My dealer had the truck clean and ready to go so that was good.James W.

The woman in the morning who checked me in wore a mask. The gentleman in the afternoon didn't and that made me a bit uncomfortable. Other than that I will use again but next time I probably won't go inside.Susan S.
Do not install and use the app. It took me longer than ever just to get the app to cooperate, about 30 minutes once I got to the truck and had to start the process. There was a small dent on the back of the truck, but it would not allow me to take a picture, so I took a chance and said no damage just so I could continue seeing I was already almost 3p minutes off schedule. I have a picture in case someone calls asking. I was asked to log in on the website to complete this. The first thing I did when I had a chance was uninstall the useless app. After this experience, I'd probably pay more with a different service than deal with a process that doesn't work correctly. The Ace Hardware was very helpful, the UHaul app, almost useless. Horrible. I would recommend someone going to that store, and have already suggested to avoid using the uhaul app.Ryan M.

Customer communication, I returned the truck to the location and dropped the key in the drop box. I received a phone call a week later from uhaul explain I never stopped the truck off at the proper location. I went back to the location and write down the address. When I called uhaul back with the information they told me that was the location I was suppose to drop off at. Huh? Waste of time for me apparently, and more being being jerked around by uhaul. The online check in and check out process needs to improve. This was a cumbersome process especially when you want to just get going and start your move. This process was slow. The UHaul website MUST get their Security Status sorted out especially with customers having to enter personal info and payment info. I highly recommend Moving Help. Hiring VR Movers made such a big difference to how efficiently our move went.Matthew S.

I was upset about one thing and happy about a few things. A reserved a pick-up close to my house. Reserved. Paid for. Confirmed. Done. Then I was called Later in the evening and told there wasn't a pick-up there and I had to drive to another city (not far but notvwhere I wanted to drive on a Sunday morning). That confused me. But Dwayne at the Elkorn location was excellent. He was very pleasant and smart. He walked me through everything in an understandable manner. No attitude. Just nice. All good.Walter C.

The guy who runs the uhaul is a pompous ass - get rid of him. When I reserved the truck, it stated they would scan my license on site. Got on site and there was a sign on the wall saying "no smart phone, no rental" and I was then forced to mess about taking photos of my drivers license and upload them which was not efficient use of time at all. Seriously, no scanner? I had the truck booked till 7am this morning, but he demanded that I return it by 7pm last night because it was going out at 8am in the morning and he "wasn't coming in early". Does this mean I get half my rental fee back???? Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Woller to anyone and at this point even recommending uhaul would be a stretch.MICHAEL W.

There was some sort of liquid that was spilled on the dash when I get the unit. I thought it was cleaning solution but it ended up being soda from the previous renter. The over all experience was terrible. Nothing bad to say about the location itself besides it was a lot farther than the original reservation I set up that was not honored.Rebecca F.

This is the second time that I have rented the motorcycle trailer and I couldn't be happier. The trailer is well maintained and works out just perfectly. the U-Haul process of taking photos of the back & front of my drivers license takes up too much time. I almost missed my window for picking up my merchandise. Your website process for reservation and completing forms is horrible and frustrating. I've dealt with better from your competition. At pickup, the local dealer (Woller's) was great in trying to fix the problems we had online but that slowed what was supposed to be an expedited online process. This is a corporate problem, not a dealer problem. Also, the much advertised daily rental cost winds up being exponentially higher once all the extra fees are added.Lane K.

Fill the fuel tank - you charge a hefty fee for not returning it full. This truck was rented to me only 3/4 full - how do you return the truck with the same 3/4 tank? (The pump stops on its own at full.) Why would I want to have to get fuel before hauling?Mark M.
