Being that this place is renting out U-Haul equipment from an antique shop, I believe there should be people dedicated just to U-Haul. The sign on the outside wall says to call and an attendant would be out. I called twice and got hung up on both times. The young lady that served me, seemed to be quite knowledgeable and very friendly.Terry O.

I was charged a safe move fee that when I made my reservation I did not sign up for. The gas cap was missing off the truck which made the gas evaporate faster. I also I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I picked it up with and was charged a furl fee. And last but not least I calculated the distance of my destination and it was not the amount of miles they charged me for. I will not use uhaul againNicole M.
Moving has always stressed me out. I was honestly very pleased how easy it was to check in and get my keys to the truck and an easy drop off. I only interacted with the manager (Randy I think) and he was very kind and answered all of my questions. I personally had a great experience with this Uhaul location and would recommend using them. My movers that I booked through Uhaul were also very sweet, they moved fast and made the move far more enjoyable by communicating and just having laughs during the process. We had EXTREME difficulty returning the equipment because the location was inaccessible. When I called U-Haul for assistance, the customer service rep was unhelpful and hung up on me when I asked to be transferred to a manager. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I most likely won't use U-Haul again because of it.Erica B.

The after-hours drop-off kiosk to return the truck key was difficult to find. Also, the instructions for drop-off apparently weren't accurate, as our truck didn't properly register and we were charged for an additional day. Spent half an hour with customer service trying to straighten everything out. Thankfully we were refunded, but I did not appreciate having to waste my time hassling over this, as it could have been avoided if the return instructions were accurate.Clinton N.

No one told us that we needed a code for the after hours key pad. We were stuck. I punched a bunch of numbers and the manager arrived a few minutes later and let us in. A BIG oversight. I was on hold on the phone with uhaul but it said I would be on hold for 40-50 minutes. Not good.Steve D.

Our rental experience was unfortunate. We were given a rental trailer that was not fully appropriate for rental. The trailer did not have any break fluid nor a license plate. Prior to going on a 17 hour trip, we were delayed and had to wait on road side assistance to service the trailer before leaving. I will probably not rental from Uhaul anymore.Micheal J.

You should pick up the phone can thank this location for saving your bacon. This whole experience was a disaster. I selected a location near my home for a reason (not because it was close, but it stayed open till 6 PM on Saturdays). But no, you move my reservation to a location that not only did NOT have the truck i reserved but per the manager has not had one in over 2 months!!!! So they wasted time searching for a location with a truck, Making other customers wait, after 20 minutes they found one. So jumped back in my car and raced over to the Wood Finisher location and they were SWAMPED, I HAD to get to a store over 60 miles away before they closed (thus the reason for renting the truck).. Now the crew at Wood Finisher worked as hard and fast as they could and got me out the door in about 40 minutes... I just made it to my required pick-up. As someone that designs and builds Call Centers, you're over reliance on SMS for almost all interactions is a JOKE. Yes, SMS has its place in this process, but you have taken it to extremums.charles M.
