LEONARDO DMy only critique is when picking up the truck the guy at the counter was confused about my online reservation and was pretty rude to me until I called my husband into the office with me. Other than that it was a pretty positive experience. The person who I’m assuming is the owner named Julie, was very helpful and understanding when my movers were delayed setting us back on return time. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Roxann SThe milage was a scam. I had two extra miles from the location to the desire destination. I still had to go to the moving location to load the uhaul and the location to drop off the uhaul. So I was charged extra. I received the vehicle with 5/8 of fuel on the contract, but only 1/2 of fuel on the gage. Before dropping it off the tank was on full, as a thanks. The drop off location was closed. Called number on the receipt, for help number. Had to call call a second number, provided by the operator. No help from the second operator. Used the online chat. No help. My issue was the page link provided by both the operator and online chat was "page you are trying to access is not available." I placed the keys in the over night drop-off box and locked the truck. I received a bill for the extra milage.

TRINIDAD PMade a reservation a week before my event for q cargo van . When arrived to pick it up they told me first come first serve. At the end , They gave me a big box truck same price but was inconvenient since was not able to park it anywhere.

RENATE KSuper nice guy helped me return truck and no issues, but they have weird hours and the gate code changes often and Uhaul doesn’t update their notes. Was waiting on the grass road 20 minutes for a resolution. Finally went to a different location.

Anthony HI was only instructed to park the car and return the key and then I left. As I went to look back at my reservation it then told me to take pictures of everything. I forgot the numbers to the odometer so I winged it. There was damage prior to me driving it and I have it time coded. Parking lot is small for the 26’ truck but manageable. Also I didn’t use the other dolly and the seal had broken somehow. I also accidentally put the keys in the lock drop box instead of the keys. The pictures are misleading Mostly I’m tired for moving an entire house by myself so I’m sorry I didn’t do procedure correctly. Also I’m a very good driver and drive box trucks for a living, I did not cause any of the damage that was previously there I will fight my mom if I’m accused of it. I’ll pay for the dolly though if it’s that deep. It was a very long day thanks for reading this
