Truck was on empty. Had to immediately drive to gas station. Paperwork didnt match fuel gage led to me being charged extra. Be sure to take ypur own pictures because even if ypu use the app to make the correct changes, noone will read it or update the contract. Furthermore I should have been informed that I should bring it back at 1/4 tank even though I picked it up on E.

Truck was reasonably clean. Convenience store location. Store clerk was polite. We arranged through a call in to a 24hr location. We would find out on return of the truck that there was no communication between those two sites as to “Drop Off Location”. We asked specifically that we were able to drop off at another location and we were told there would be no issue. Upon drop off we found out that our clerk had input that we would be returning to original location. Almost costing us an additional $300.
CHRISTINE WTrailer was in good shape and clean, and the pickup and delivery process was fast.
