I received the truck in the location and the gas tank was empty. We had to fill up the truck after we got the keys. It was a big mess.. Whoever dropped off the truck before I took it they never put gas in it. The main person that runs the U Haul side was there and a young guy didn't know what he was doing. I'll never pickup a truck from here again

The contactless rental was a disaster. The owner if the location was super nice when he showed up after an hour. The wipers on the uhual were bad. There was supposed to be a hand truck that was not there but charged for. Truck sounded like it was going to blow up.

Tommy TFind a less tedious way to check in and out. All the uploads are a bother and take way to long to do. Also the key was in the wrong lock box. If one of the workers that knew how to get ahold of the owner hadn't been there detailing a car, I would not have been able to rent the truck. Otherwise everything went well.
