Well the customer service in both locations was fine the problem I have is with the actual rental of the vehicle. The confirmed the dates I wanted but then the day before they called and said I couldn't pick up on the day I scheduled then they told me if I thought I might need an extra day then I should pay for one now because they are on such tight schedules with the trucks so I did. Then the mileage allowance wasn't enough so my mileage was over and so I had to pay that. Then I returned the truck back 2 days early and they wouldn't refund the money I paid for the extra day. Way to go uhaul you got your money. Even though it wasn't fair! I won't be recommending Uhaul to anyone again!!kimberly C.

U-Haul needs to stop committing to having equipment they don't have. Again the equipment we booked was not available. I've rented a few times in the past year and there has been issues with every rental. If this location didn't have a car dolly available we would have been out about $1000 and had to take more time off work to make this move due to all the reservations we had for this trip. I've been in transportation for 20 years and your people need better training on customer serviceJames Joseph W.

At the pickup location, Employee "forgot" to apply a military discount and told me to ask for it upon turn in. Also told me to ask for a credit since I paid for 5 days and only had it 24 hours. Employee at drop off refused to do either of these and told be the pickup location lied about any discounts. Should have received approximately $200JASON B.
With a proviso - to their credit, they allowed me to leave our disabled motorhome on their property while I hunted for a mechanic. On the other hand, though the taillights on the trailer work perfectly plugged into the motorhome, nothing they did could make it work on my trailer. And, believe me, I had them wired as per instructions on the trailer. But they wanted to charge me over $300.00 to make them work. I decided to take my chances with the police, who, in Nebraska, did pull me over for non-working brake lights. Thankfully the officers were very kind and understanding and only issued me a warning. Thankfully I made it all the way to our home without further incident. But, to my mind, the Uhaul place should have made sure the lights worked without cost to me before I left.jean M.

Dropped off during normal hours, no one was there but a note was left on the door saying be back later and a phone number to call if I needed assistance.(have a image of that as well) Called the phone number with no answer and had to do â€œafter hourâ€ drop off even though it was during business hours to which luckily U-Haul didn't charge me for. ON TOP of all of that they tried charging me a $50 cleaning fee without my knowledge when I swept and cleaned out the back after unloading WITH PICTURES of the Cab and Cargo area! All belongings were removed and other than the existing odor everything was in order. This information was not given to me until I called to make sure I wouldn't be charged for after hours drop off to which I was informed of this FEE. Very unprofessional and WOULD NOT recommend this location.Austin Q.
