Excellent customer service it was supposed to be mobile pick up as the place was closed, I had issues with my app on the phone the man came out and helped us on his own time very friendly very accommodating

Location is fine. Truck was fine. App is nonfunctional, went into log in and log out endless loop when I pressed “pick up” so caused stress when it was time to pick up my reservation.

Worst experience of my life . The last thing u nee d when u move. Rented and then it was a whole town away last minute for pickup . Rented a 20foot and they gave it to me on a quarter of gas so now the first thing I gita do is get gas . When I go pickup on the 4th of july no one is thier , I finally get ahold of a supervisor and im told I need a app, I need a code to get some locked key . None of witch was discussed with me at the time of renting my rental . So that was a hr trying to make the app work ( I work in tech ) thier app was nothing but problems for me i eventually give up and call the 1800 u haul AND was given amazing customer service and this woman was so patient with me and helped me get my key 🔑.thier phone customer service is amazing but dealing with a store is a horrible experience .
