No body was at location to take drop off trucks I had to do everything from my phone and do all the pitches and everything store was close they had drop box QR code and said scan and do everything by your self it’s ok I wish if someone was at there for like old foks they not really good with technology

SIVA KTerrible service. The y’all broke down and the transmission didn’t register the truck being in park. Technician had to come out and replace battery. Full truck had to be off loaded the next day. I lost a day of unpacking and forced me to have to take a day off from work Monday because I had to return the truck back the next day. I want a refund for this poor truck being given to me. Had I known my weekend would be turned upside down because I used UHaul I’d go with hertz or annyone else.
