The trailer I wanted to rent was not available at the location I selected when the reservation was made. I was required to travel an extra 30 minutes to get the trailer I selected when I made my reservation. I was not compensated for the extra gas or time I was required to spend because UHaul did not have the trailer at the location I selected. Why make a reservation with you, if you then will not honor it? This seems to be poor planning on the part of UHaul. When I did pick up my trailer, the people at the rental location in New Britain CT were EXCELLENT. They were very friendly and helpful. It is UHaul's corporate scheduling and logistics that seem to be failing, even though the store staff are great.

IRENE RI was charged for damages on the van and I returned the van in excellent condition. Please review the photos of the van that I took on the app. The fees that you charged me are not my fault and caused overdraft fees totaling 95.00$ and will accumulate daily. TYSON SThey were excellent and super helpful! I had called them with a question and because I had never used the app before, mentioning about how long that pickup process takes or suggesting to do it ahead of picking up the rental truck would’ve been helpful. The app requires you to input references where they actually contact them so that was a step that takes a few minutes. I know they have zero control over the app but making this recommendation to ensure it was all done ahead of time would’ve been great. I do HIGHLY recommend this location. Other than what’s required via the app, pickup was made so easy.
Shannon DIt took 45min extra to pick up the vehicle which delayed everything for our movers. So, not so great.
