The lady handling rentals was having side conversations with several people and working extremely slow. The wait time was too long for a simple transaction.

JERZY SI was told that I would be issued a $50 discount off of my final bill due to the inconvenience of being sent to another location for my equipment but the final bill did not show the discount.
MICHAEL RThe trailer I wanted to rent was not available at the location I selected when the reservation was made. I was required to travel an extra 30 minutes to get the trailer I selected when I made my reservation. I was not compensated for the extra gas or time I was required to spend because UHaul did not have the trailer at the location I selected. Why make a reservation with you, if you then will not honor it? This seems to be poor planning on the part of UHaul. When I did pick up my trailer, the people at the rental location in New Britain CT were EXCELLENT. They were very friendly and helpful. It is UHaul's corporate scheduling and logistics that seem to be failing, even though the store staff are great.
