I ordered a truck for steamboat springs pick up. A day prior Uhaul calls and tells me to pick up in Yampa . The guys in yampa were very nice and professional HOWEVER there was some Online mix up they were not expecting me and it took an hour and a half to get the truck . Changing locations for pickup high is 38 minutes away from My original pick up location was NOT expected or appreciated. Uhaul -zero stars Yampa - 5 stars

Showed me a laptop and pointed at it -until I realized I needed to point at my last name for the drop off. THEN, luckily my son was with me and he backed up the trailer, parked it and held it up in the air while I drove off as there was no help at the location and my son was smart enough to go get rocks and keep the trailer from rolling.
