The location was convenient but the clerk had no idea what to do when we arrived and barely spoke English. Showed me a laptop and pointed at it -until I realized I needed to point at my last name for the drop off. THEN, luckily my son was with me and he backed up the trailer, parked it and held it up in the air while I drove off as there was no help at the location and my son was smart enough to go get rocks and keep the trailer from rolling.
