We reserved a truck and the location and size truck was changed 2 times. The staff did what they could to accommodate us . However, in an already time of pressure in the midst of moving, U-Haul added to the stress by changing the size of truck and locations for pickup. Additionally, the drop off location was quite a distance from our new home.
