What could you improve for the next customer? NOTHING REALLY ! Just keep up the good work and customer service, you know you are doing great with all your knowledge and ability to do business the right way. Is simple, U-Haul Agent was quick, patient, experienced, respectful and very professional. A very comfortable couch to sit and relax while you wait the service. Thank you for all the work you do to solve problems created by the system or other location's staff. However, in an already time of pressure in the midst of moving, U-Haul added to the stress by changing the size of truck and locations for pickup. Additionally, the drop off location was quite a distance from our new home.
