Awful. I had to pay an extra $30 to Uber to the pick up location which was in another city despite the main uhaul location being less than 2 miles from my house. The shop owner explained that he took the contract to drive to the central location to pick up the truck and drive it to his location so he could make 30% of the rental fee. I am livid at that. When i got into the truck my extras weren't there. I went back inside to tell him and he said I should call uhaul. Just before this he mentioned that, as a contractor, he has a direct line that is picked up straight away so he doesn't have to wait on hold like customers do. I asked him to call for me because of that advantage. While on the phone to the woman at uhaul he started fiddling around with the bottom of his shirt/top of his pants and was rubbing at his genital area. Then with those same fingers grabbed his neclace and was mouthing at the necklace and putting those same fingers to his lips. It was the most uncomfortable and disgusting sales experience I've ever had. After he got off the phone he told me if I have any other problems I need to call Uhaul. He was doing the least possible.
