Supposedly closes at 6p, showed up 5:50, plenty of time to drop off- they just said they dint do recpts and to drop the trailer off behind a gate, which was blocked by a truck. Had to call the help line to get a note put on my account to actually feel like I dropped the trailer off and still had to leave the trailer outside their gate and hope that that was enough. It was the complete opposite of my experience with the pick up location- no signage to indicate where exactly the uhaul desk was, I was only able to find it bc their were obviously others who dropped off in front of the gate besides the truck- id give it 0 stars but maybe they can figure it out- moving is stressful enough without having worry about the dropoff of equipment

Craig RYousif and his crew are much better than average. I did not appreciate insurance being added to my rental. No one asked me if I wanted insurance. It was hard to review the charges when you handed a cell phone with the signature screen. This is my 2nd rental with additional charges. It's very annoying. I received an email stating that I'm going to be refunded for 1st incorrect charge. Please treat your customers better.
