This location does not maintain hours, and everything has to be conducted through the App to check out the vehicle and to return the vehicle. When I arrived a little after 8 am to pick up my reserved vehicle, I and found everything locked up and dark inside, with a note on the door indicating that it was no longer maintaining a payment location at that site, Confused, I walked around the back of the building where the van was parked, and observed a person sitting inside of a different U-Haul truck. I inquired about the place, and asked how I could pick up my vehicle. She advised me that she worked for the U-Haul location, but she didn’t have a key to the office door. Fortunately, she was there, and advised me and helped lead me through the check out process on the App. When the App didn’t work right to complete the check out process, she called in to the central U-Haul coordinator to help me complete the process. I finally completed the check out process and pick up my vehicle after 9 am. Maintain office hours and or convey more accurate info for customers. This is now a remote pickup and drop off location.

Thomas PThe sliding door had a dent in it that made it almost impossible to close securely. It opened on me while I was driving. If I had at least been told this was like that and shown how to close it, that would have been awesome.
