Owner was on vacation I guess. Had to check in with UPS store next to U-Haul place
Mike SThe lady in the ups cant manage uhaul and ups both simultaneously, it took me 1 hour of my booking time to just get the keys from her. Plus for 2 miles of travel uhaul charged me for 2 gallons of gas.
Muhammad MHave signage on where you could drop off truck. Also I don't know if there was a storefront or not as the door I thought was locked.
Thomas PThe sliding door had a dent in it that made it almost impossible to close securely. It opened on me while I was driving. If I had at least been told this was like that and shown how to close it, that would have been awesome.
