Overall, my experience with UHaul was awful and I will not recommend to anyone. Your online booking process was terrible! I do not understand why you couldn't have me upload all the extra information (photos of IDs, additional contacts, copies of lease, employer information, etc) and tell me that I need to install the mobile app on my phone while I was at home with good internet connection. Instead, I was forced to try to complete your ridiculous process after driving for 10 hours and while standing along side the road in a remote location with an unreliable cell phone connection. To make matters worse, there was no way to pick up the vehicle early (how can I schedule the pick up so closely when there is a ten to twelve hour drive on a holiday weekend to have to complete first?) and there was no one at the location to offer any assistance. I tried to call the 1-800 number for assistance and was on hold for twenty minutes waiting for someone to answer the call. When I did get someone on the phone, they did not help me at all. In the ridiculous process, I was locked out of my UHaul account for logging in too many times while trying to update the pick up time and upload all the extra items you required. Furthermore, I booked a smaller truck, was given and charged for a larger truck. Absolutely awful.Tanya E.

There was nobody on site at this short term storage facility to check me in when I dropped the vehicle off at 2:00 p,m.. I called the number on the contract and was advised to leave the vehicle in the secured lot and the vehicle would be checked in the following day. I took a video of the vehicle and dropped the keys in the drop box as advised. When I received my bill I was charged for an extra days rental and checked in following day when I returned the vehicle as required under the contract. I want a refund of the extra day.John H.

I think i paid a little to much for just using the uhaul for only 6 hours.Cindy L.
The man working there was very nice. The problem is I was rented a trailer that was damaged. It had the x Mark's showing the damage and the nice man told me the trailer was working fine. When I got the trailer to the car I needed to tow I drove the car on the trailer but the side wheel cover wouldn't open because of the damage to the trailer. I had to climb out of the sunroof on the car and due to over eating and a back injury I suffered a couple years ago I'm very over weight. I also had to leave the sunroof open while towing the car and it rained while I was driving so there was water in the floorboards by the time I arrived home with the car. I spoke with the manager at the location where I dropped off the trailer and told him my story and he said he had opened a report about the entire incident and I would receive a phone call following up on it. That was Monday. It's now Wednesday night and I still haven't received a phone call. I wasn't overly worried because I was sent a receipt with a total of $0 in charges so I figured they were not charging anything because of the problems I had. But then I looked at my credit card summary today and the full amount was charged yesterday, not pending but finalized. At this point I'm very frustrated. If I get the emailed receipt showing no charges and then you charge me the full amount anyway that adds insult to the situation that already occurred. Now air definitely want the phone call (my cell number is 678-725-9720) with an apology and I want to know for sure if the charges will be removed. And with the additional frustration this is causing I'm halfway tempted to now open a complaint and insurance claim for the water getting into the car. I understand that sometimes bad things happen and that's why I wasn't pushing the whole issue before and simply asking for some ir all of the charges to be removed. But not receiving a follow up call and being charged the full amount after getting a receipt showing no charges I am feeling somewhat insulted.Michael R.
