Had the run around about checking in , uhual had no gas , service lady didn’t have a care about it being empty . Uhual wasn’t clean , wouldn’t use this location again .

PHILLIP JThe Virtual Assistant process is a joke. Whatever happened to good old one-on-one in person assistance at businesses? The person ahead of me was having problems. I don't download apps on my phone, but was forced to in order to turn in the U-Haul I rented. I couldn't complete the check-in return process so the virtual assistant, wherever he was located, had to finish the check-in return.
