I had to drive from Mt. Shasta to Yreka to get the tow dolly. Truck stop seemed new to the U-Haul business. On the unit, a strap was dangerously worn. Wouldn't you think U-Haul would have ball hitches to put in tow slots? Maybe for a little extra $? They did not. It cost almost as much as the too-expensive rental to go to an auto parts store to buy equipment I won't use again! :( Per the instructions, I also bought tow lights which were also not supplied, but did use 'em (as advised by another parts guy). Worst, the price was almost four times as much as a relative was quoted for a similar trip elsewhere in California. I repeat: the price was almost four times as a similar trip elsewhere in California!!! $200 vs. $50 WTH?! ::((

Waited 45 minutes for someone who could check out the equipment to me.
Russell MClean location. The poor woman working at the Yreka truck stop had no idea how to accept a U-Haul. She had to call someone to get assistance. It took many minutes. But she did her best. Obviously, she hasn’t been trained.
Thomas MStaff at this location did not know what to do.
Will IIt was fast they were very courteous they knew what they were doing I got in and out of there no problem, and I didn't have to pay any extra cuz I got lost and I thought I'd pay more for mileage but I didn't thank God for that. Except for the dolly not being there it was a great experience all the way around thank you.
