A lot of confusion amongst the staff on duty. The person who handles U-Haul was not working and no one was cross-trained to help. Myself and Traffic talked the employee through the dispatch process and I was able to leave.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I picked up the truck the gas tank wasnt completely full. I filled the tank when I returned it. The cashiers at the gas station where I picked up the truck was not fully trained on renting the truck. It took longer than it should. But they did the best that they could.

Lavanza MI had to wait even though I did the online check in, because the associate at the store said she couldn’t give me the key. She wasn’t trained and called the manager who I had to wait 15+ minutes for to arrive. Therefore I got my truck late and didnt get my full 4 hours. Thankfully I didn’t need it. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as easy as I had expected it to be. The untrained associate was very polite.
