I had to wait even though I did the online check in, because the associate at the store said she couldn’t give me the key. She wasn’t trained and called the manager who I had to wait 15+ minutes for to arrive. Therefore I got my truck late and didnt get my full 4 hours. Thankfully I didn’t need it. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as easy as I had expected it to be. The untrained associate was very polite.

Scott JTruck was great but no wiring for tow dolly so had to find one from another trailer. Tow dolly straps worn and wratchet device difficult to use. Was sent picture downloads for two tow dollies instead of one for truck and one for the tow dolly.
Richard RMake sure uts organized. I realize they're new so give them a break but raise expectations. Thx
