The truck had a huge hole in the muffler so the truck was very loud. I was charged for what they said was a dirty truck even though they posted pictures of the truck arriving clean. Currently disputing the charge.

This location is great. EXCEPT for their dropbox. It's basically a mailbox with a slot at the top. The keys I dropped into it were subsequently removed somehow (my guess would be a wire hanger or stick of some sort. Upon finding out my U-haul had been stolen from that location, I asked the staff if they would look up the security footage for that night. They stated they could not go back that far. I would suggest for them to increase their security footage data storage. Otherwise a good experience.

The rep told me no milage fees, and i could drop both the truck and the trailer off at any uhaul office both were lies. He also did not give me a paper copy when i rented the equipment . Only after i got home and looked at my email did i discover 30 in milage. I called uhaul. The women there Informed me that they had made a mistake and milage is always charged. I said is reading the gas tank monitor something you train them on, because he wrote 3/4 and it was definitely 5/8. She also informed me i would have to deliver both items back to the dealer we rented them from .AWWWW.

I had many stops to make using this truck. I knew I would most likely put a lot of miles on the truck. There was a faulty fuel system and to put fuel in the vehicle it would only take 20c at a time. even to get 1/4 take it would take 15-20 minutes...It was unbearable. The renting agent was aware of the situation because when I first started the truck the "tighten gas cap" indicator light came on. He said not to worry about it because it wouldn't cause an issue. When he crawled under the truck he told me the line that had been replaced underneath was to long and that was what was causing the indicator light...it was also causing the ability to fuel the truck...I will most likely use another company if I need to rent in the future.

Although there were several U-Haul Vehicles outside there were several buildings n I didn't know which one was the office. Honestly I wasn't sure I was at the right place. It didn't look like any U-Haul place I have ever been to. With that said I received fast friendly service n was on my way very quickly. Excellent employee/owner..

Arrived to the location at 3pm. Doors were closed, in yet the times on the websight showed it should be open. After calling and looking up information, a manager drove around, and very nicely told us to just drop the Uhaul off and drop the keys in the box

The guy that hooked the trailer up didn't tighten it down to the truck. It popped of the hitch a mile down the road!! If it weren't for the safety chains it would have smashed the backend of my truck. I get the guy was busy, there's just no excuse for this, someone could have been seriously hurt!!

When we arrived we were told someone else had rented our truck and used our reservation name. The gentleman explained they used their own credit card, but U-haul.com was showing we had the truck for 2 days and 4 hours. It's was very alarming to us. But it worked out. The truck was not really in great mechanical shape but it did the job.

Corporate billing person I spoke with today was RUDE and clearly hates her job. I called in because I was billed incorrectly, but was greeted by an angry, no personality person who didn't care about my issue. The location that I actually rented from was friendly, cared about my concern, and I would recommend them to anyone. Dealing with corporate is a whole different scenario. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be credited for being billed double.

Better customer service. The guy didnt want to walk the truck for damages or see if the odometer and how many miles it had. Didnt check how much gas. Did not get the size of truck we had reserved week ago. Had to go to another place to pick up the truck because they didnt have the truck i reserved. I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau and Yelp.

Service was ok, But the kid that hooked the trailer to my truck failed to cross the safety chains (as required by Law). The rubber's on the chains were broken and the chains were very worn. The location was kind of "dumpy looking" and with so many other U-Haul rental locations, I would pick another location to do business with. The trailer worked well for the 600 plus miles I pulled it.

The owner of the rental facility charged me a $25.00 cleaning fee for supposedly not sweeping out the back of the truck. I did clean it out plus I didn't move anything but furniture so there was nothing to leave a mess in the first place. I tried to argue the issue but he refused to reverse the charge. I will never use this location again. The guy totally ripped me off.

Yucaipa trailers is located right off the freeway, but is in poor condition on both the inside and outside. When I found where to enter one of the buildings to receive the keys, they had our order all screwed up. I reserved the Uhaul online to pick up and drop off at a different location. The representative had it in his computer that I was dropping it off at the same location at a specific time. Luckily, the guy was very nice and fixed our order to fulfill our needs and gave us an extra day to drop off the Uhaul. The representative gave us the keys, showed us the truck, and we were free to go. We had one more problem later in the day that could have easily been avoided had the representative gave us some more information regarding the truck, but please see following section "roadside assistance" for more information.

It's really hard to find drop off key box, or know where t park for overnight drop off. I called to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone acted slightly annoyed.

Staff ran the card on file for payment after I handed them a different card and asked them to run it. After telling them thst they ran the wrong card an cost me an overdraft fee they failed to offer so much as an apology.

Staff was incredibly helpful, beyond any reasonable level of professional service. They quickly wrote up the paperwork, explained the terms of the rental and asked if I had all the equipment for towing the trailer. They helped me get the trailer hitched up after my locking hitch pin wouldn't stay locked and checked over everything twice and again asked if I had any questions or needed any additional help. They also sell towing supplies, new trailers and service them. One stop shop for renting or buying mid to small trailers.

I was advised I would be receiving a $50.00 refund off my bill due to a problem with my original 26' truck availability. Due to the additional trips needed for the move I encountered additional cost for the truck as well as additional cost per hour with the movers.

Uhaul software was slow and irresponsive. Had to run my card 6 times because the system kept crashing. This happens at every Uhaul site I go to. Its not a complaint to this one location. Having to go through all the information twice is a waste of time. Once on internet to hold trailer, then again when picking it up.

We rented their Ford Pick-up on a Saturday morning and we returned it on the following Sunday evening. During that time, we delivered a full sized bed that we were getting rid of. We cleaned out one of our storage sheds and got rid of a bunch of stuff. We went to Lowes and got some household needs. Then, we went to Sam's and did some major grocery shopping. We did all that and only paid $100 for truck rental and gave my Sister's Santa Fe a much needed rest! Plus, the truck was so easy to drive and handled really well and it was pretty good on gas, too. Overall, we had a very positive and very pleasant experience with this business. I would give it a A+ 5 star rating.

The truck was dirty when we picked it up and my husband left a blanket with birdseed in the back accidentally. They called me at work to tell me to come clean it out or they would charge me $25. Not to mention that both times we were there the guy was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us until we got in our car to leave.

The service was professional and nice enough but there were so many other fees involved that added up to me not ever wanting to use uhaul again. It's less expensive for me to rent a truck for 24 hours with unlimited miles from any other company that to use uhaul ever again.
