This was not the location indicated on the email. The latest email indicated 600 E Water Street in Burnet, Texas close to us. This other location you list is very confusing. There was no one at the facility on Monday at 11:00 AM. There was no trailer repair I clicked on responses to able to force the app to complete.

The trailer smelled like rotten onions and the company was 45 mins late getting to location. And the location was a mess worst place ive ever seen for a uhaul and when I dropped off in athens tx i got a extra day charge on my debit card glad i looked at .y bank account not sure why they charged me extra 30 bucks so I called them and they fixed it
