Uhaul should have let me know this is a mobile check in site. Confusing to be notified after without clear instructions to complete my order. It caused a delay in picking up my truck on time- as well as at least 3 other customers waiting to be checked in/verified in order to pick up rental equipment.Kendra P.

From the beginning I walked in, being told to use the app, when I had very detailed conversation with the original reservation person, about price per mile at .89 a mile, then , not being told you were. losed the next day, as I had another bigger truck for reservation, and no one was there. I had no where to park. There were posted signs for no parking. As I was disputing the mileage charge per mile. They told me over the phone, I could not rent the other truck. I was stressed for an hour, calling other companies to consider. Then finally, I had my wife pick me up went to other location, where they took care of me every step of the way, were transparent 100%.IMAD C.

I paid for the reservation for 1 day and 79 miles and was told that if I needed the truck longer, that I would only be charged $40.00 extra but instead I was charged $90.51 extra. Also, when I picked up the truck, it was almost empty, literally. I called to see if it's ok to bring the truck back with the amount of gas I picked it up with or do I need to fill it up. The rep started to just bring it back at 1/4, so I did. I do not know why I was charged $90 extra and there is Nothing showing why on my receipt that they emailed to me. I also made sure the truck was clean just like I received it, front and back. Be careful with this uhaul place.Stefon F.

I had a little problem with not knowing it was a mobile pick up, your customer service should have been informed the night before when I made the reservation. I did not like jumping through hoops in the 12 th hour when I'm picking up the truck. I took it out on Daniel , however, he was very helpful when I got there. Your reservation people did not seem to care about tell8ng me all the steps I needed to take , shame on themJames T.

Needs to have better gas milage. I only traveled 50 miles with a load and almost took shy of a half a tank of gas. Truck had high milage on it and struggled while drivingGARY F.

I made a reservation weeks before my move. (Ontario) The reservation ctr. Sent me to a second location. (Rancho Cucamonga) They did not have my truck on moving day. They found a truck...much smaller...and reserved it for me (chino). Because we didn't have the larger truck i had to leave items behind. Also with the extra time involved going from location to location, my move was delayed several hours....then we got stuck in traffic. Stressful day.Cindy Y.

Location was nice, online check-in was irritating. Almost canceled order. Took 45 minutes to get van when there was no line. Multiple forms of authentication was required. Easier to rent at uhaul store counter.Charity J.
