i would never go to this location again. made online reservation and declined insurance. location just has a window with security bars, no counter to place paper work to sign so i had to sign standing up. was never asked if i wanted to add insurance. they added it without my knowledge. when I was instructed to log into u haul and take pictures of th etruck at check out, the first screened that popped up specifically said I understand that I am waiving the insurance. I clicked yes and proceeded to do as instructed. I didn't realize they added insurance until i dropped of truck and looked at the paper that gave me. when I brought this up to the employee that checked me out, he gave a dead pan look and said, nothing I can do, you signed it. When I asked how that can happen when I specifically booked it online with out insurance, he answered, it alway automatically adds the insurance. I would never return to that location and I would instruct anyone that asks me not to go there either. they gave off a scam type of feel. unbothered and unwilling to help or explain.
HECTOR RI needed appliances dolly and when I picked up truck it wasn’t there . I spent tons of time on the phone had to go cross town to another site to pick one up . Wasting time and gas I had to refill
RUSSELL LOrdered a U-Haul from a location close to my house, had to drive 25 miles to this location to pick it up. I will never use U-Haul again.
