I scheduled my pick up for 1:00 am. Get there and there’s NO keys anywhere. I’m on the phone with a representative for at least 30 minutes. I had my trip strategically planned out and not being able to retrieve keys til 8:00 am messed up everything! Then the dolly I requested and paid for they tried to say they didn’t have, yet they did! The customer service was TRASH! I technically NEED A REFUND.

Joseph FI was very happy with the overall service I received with the rental of the truck. It was clean, almost new the only observation was that when I rented the fuel gauge showed one level but by the time I got to the 60 off of central the gauge appeared to be low so not sure I put $30.00 worth of gas in the treck. IONly finished up doing less than 60 miles. So not sure if the gauge is questionable or it was me. But overall very Happy with the location and support with the rental.
