Eric MWindshield had a huge gouge at eye level on the driver's side which was distracting; should be replaced. Several miles into our trip a warning of low oil pressure appeared on the instrument panel with an admonition to ADD OIL. We were advised by ZE to continue to Pittsburgh at our own discretion, suggesting that maybe the vehicle just needed an oil change. I found an auto repair garage nearby that pulled the dipstick and found it dry so we added 2 quarts of oil and continued our trip without incident. I found puddles of oil in my driveway and on the road after parking the truck indicating a significant oil leak. Oil levels should be checked before each rental. A clean windshield and dash would have been nice as well. A discount on this rental due to the inconveniences would be appreciated.
MARK Teventhough the vehicle was muddy in the cab and back of the truck -- when mentioned to Savannah - she offered to have it cleaned after i inspected the truck - thanked her and told her i would only be traveling to and from my destination for only approximately 6 miles that it was not necessary -- appreciated the offer -- and there was no hesitation in her response and was aware that she was very sincere in making my experience a pleasant one -- observed her working her computer very proficiently and quickly therefore i was in and out of the location and on way pronto! Again, upon returning the vehicle she worked her magic with gas receipts, mileage and checking the gas gauges upon receipt and return and i was delighted to experience also a refund thanks to her making sure all went well with my uhaul experience -- thank you uhaul for a very convenient location and well trained , personable staffing -- which includes the two uhaul customer service reps that i spoke with on you 800 number -- with much gratitude for making my experience, very comforting and pleasant !! Kudos and happy Easter blessings to all !!
BEVERLY MThe customer service was great. Very helpful people and friendly. I rented the car hauler and it worked out great. If there was anything that could be improved it would be the ratchets on the front that anchor the straps over the front tires. They were pretty rusty and hard to work. A little spray lubricant should take care of that.
H TThe wi fi was not good and took a little time to login and upload the driver’s license. I wish the check in process would allow the driver’s license portion to be verified prior to pick up time.
