Bejohne NI am writing this to express my deep gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received from a representative (Asnakech) at this U-Haul location. I had a reservation but found that there were absolutely no trucks available at any nearby locations. This was a highly stressful situation, as I needed a truck to transport and pre-assemble decorations for a graduation party the very next day within a strictly limited timeframe.When I called this location, the representative was incredibly empathetic, calm, and professional. Even though she had no trucks available at that moment, she promised to call me immediately if anything changed. Over the next hour, I called her back 7 to 8 times out of panic, just minutes apart. Every single time she answered, her voice remained completely calm, reassuring, and filled with hope. She never once showed frustration and made me feel like a truly valued customer.She went above and beyond to make things happen for me. True to her word, the moment another customer returned a truck, she immediately called me back. Thanks to her dedication and refusal to give up, I got the truck and saved our graduation event.She provides a rare, one-of-a-kind level of customer service. I am incredibly thankful for her help and hope U-Haul management recognizes her for going above and beyond!
reta zHad an excellent experience with U-Haul! I walked in and was taken care of right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and got me set up with a truck in minutes. The equipment was clean, ran smoothly, and made moving day stress-free. Drop-off was just as easy. Highly recommend!

JOHAN JIn general the person helping me was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The set of furniture pads I had ordered was not available there, however, which was a lapse and could have caused problems in the move (fortunately I was able to work around it). The person helping me did efficiently and correctly remove the pads from the total order price, but I do think the processes should be improved so that one can be confident that the things one has ordered online will be available at the actual time of the rental.
Stewart WI order the 10 box truck for one the sign in the Mobil to pick up the truck when you arrive was very bad it was hard location H to truck sign I’m was worst the truck was hard to get out of it spot the process to get the truck was not good I order the truck for 8:30am so I would have time to reach y destination on time I ended up bro G late I am very disappointment with the service

ULLDA JThe interface with the app and all the ways you've added bullshit ai into the mix were extremely frustrating. Every aspect of picking up the vehicle ground to stand still as the system struggled and failed to provide basic functions. It took nearly an hour to be "approved" for a reservation made days in advance.

VIOLET MSo I made a reservation and then two days before my pick up date the pick up and drop off location were both changed. This increased my total mileage by about 50 miles. When I returned the vehicile, I was charged about 50 dollars for exceeding the mileage. This does not seems fair to me. I paid of course but I will be honest next time I will probably try a competition like pensky.

DESALEGN GTruck was dirty, ordered a dolly which wasn’t in the truck so had to drive 20 minutes extra out my way to get the dolly.

JOHN Mguess was 1/4 full. i believe it should be atleast 3/4 full to start. It has been full when I have rented in the past. The people were nice, but the preparation of truck was not up to standards.
