I am writing this to express my deep gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received from a representative (Asnakech) at this U-Haul location. I had a reservation but found that there were absolutely no trucks available at any nearby locations. This was a highly stressful situation, as I needed a truck to transport and pre-assemble decorations for a graduation party the very next day within a strictly limited timeframe.When I called this location, the representative was incredibly empathetic, calm, and professional. Even though she had no trucks available at that moment, she promised to call me immediately if anything changed. Over the next hour, I called her back 7 to 8 times out of panic, just minutes apart. Every single time she answered, her voice remained completely calm, reassuring, and filled with hope. She never once showed frustration and made me feel like a truly valued customer.She went above and beyond to make things happen for me. True to her word, the moment another customer returned a truck, she immediately called me back. Thanks to her dedication and refusal to give up, I got the truck and saved our graduation event.She provides a rare, one-of-a-kind level of customer service. I am incredibly thankful for her help and hope U-Haul management recognizes her for going above and beyond!

JOHAN JIn general the person helping me was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The set of furniture pads I had ordered was not available there, however, which was a lapse and could have caused problems in the move (fortunately I was able to work around it). The person helping me did efficiently and correctly remove the pads from the total order price, but I do think the processes should be improved so that one can be confident that the things one has ordered online will be available at the actual time of the rental.
