Make sure customer knows exactly how much fuel is needed when returned. I didn't know that I needed to take a picture of gas tank meter, maybe give a paper form showing where gas amount should be replaced.DEBRA R.
At 9am I picked up the only truck on the lot. They didn't have any tie downs. I asked for a furniture cart and they gave me a dolly. When I returned, I told them I requested a furniture cart. A dolly didn't work for the furniture I was moving. I asked they to remove that charge and he said ok. He didn't remove the charge. I only went to this U-Haul because the other one didn't have the size truck I needed. I won't make that mistake again.LARRY S.
